Soggy Sack that was supposedly made fresh. A request for everything plain was met with disdain. Chicken Sandwich had inedible cheese melted everywhere.
I really don't care for the new fries I don't know why they switched. Please go back to old ones or at least offer both I don't eat here near as much anymore bc of it.
We went there to get an Icee and what they served us was not an Over, not even a simple frozen Coke. No Icee cup, no Icee flavor, no Icee. False advertisement and listing. We were going to return later, but after this huge disappointment, we did not return.

I honestly do not recommend krystals to anyone for the simple fact that,.their fries are just tossed in the microwave they are never fresh I realize that versus any other fries from any restaurant.If you realize their fries are soft as hell but they are really hot there's no way they've been fried fresh and they're hot and soft.
I've even crystals on my life this is the worst it's ever tasted. Hamburgers are not cooked the same and are either cold or hard.
We were traveling and stopped by Krystal for a quick bite before we arrived at our hotel. The manager took our order as was phenomenal! Very friendly and funny. Our food was hot, tasty and met all of our expectations! It was my girlfriend’s first Krystal experience and she loved it!
It was a great first trip. I ordered in the app, and some of my food had toppings I requested to not have, but otherwise it was great.
The food was good. But I didn't expect a $2 debit card fee from such a large company. Especially when I just paid $7 for 24 small slices of cheese! I won't be back anytime soon. I can spend my $50 at a nicer restaurant or two meals at another restaurant instead.
Food tasty. Drinks good. Staff wasn't friendly, and kinda seemed annoyed.
