I need a give a shout out to Mike and his team at this location. I was in a pinch to cater a lunch for a large customer meeting of 25 people in an hour. Called them before they opened and Mike answered right away - I asked how quickly he could put together this catering order, and he had it ready within the hour with excellent service on the side. Thank you!
I’ve always loved this store until it gave me food poisoning. 0/10 do not recommend. It put me in the hospital & now I will never be eating JJ again
Great food! Their Italian Subs are the best, the Vito is good, but the East Coast Sicilian is better, because anything with double capicola meat is delicious! One star off for not being able to add my order to the rewards program after we order.
Drove through the rain to eat here. I walked in the front door and one of their employees told me they were closed and had staffing issues in a smarmy tone even as I was soaking wet. Google listed them as being open. The discourtesy earned them this review.
Never got a delivery order. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes then I went home. JJ 6 minutes away. Lost a customer!

They get an F... Will never order again! We have been ordering from Jimmy John's for years. Today is the LAST and final order. Never again. I placed the order online as usual and we waited a significant time for the order to arrive. The driver brought in the bag and it was stapled shut. The driver left and when we opened the bag there was only 1 sandwich in the bag - and one sandwich was missing. We called them immediately and reported the missing sandwich. Their response..? They said that the driver said the sandwich was in the bag and they refused to bring us the missing lunch. The bag was stapled shut no doubt by those who make the items. No idea why you think a driver knows the contents of the bag. Did I mention that we used to order from you for myself and employees about 3 times a week. Goodbye Jimmy Johns, Hello Panera!
Went to this location at 6:00pm. The site clearly shows open until 9pm today. Store is closed with no signs displaying why they are closed and no update on the website about being closed or hours changing. This is the second time I have come here during regular business hours and they are just closed with no explanation. Will go to baldinos from now on.
