They were busy. But it was dirty in there luckily we were just driving through to get to Atlanta. The staff was nice, and moving fast. Everyone worked as a team. The young man handling food and walking curbside food out and grabbing drinks he swapped his gloves out each time. But it was dirty in there.
I placed order online but the order was not processed when I came in for pick up almost 40 minutes later. I had to wait another 40 minutes for 5 sandwiches to be made. No one apologized. I watched while sandwiches were made the employees wore gloves the whole time and never took them off. Customers were cashed out and orders were taken and sandwiches were made with the same gloves on. One of my sandwiches was tuna and I was told that was what I was waiting for after waiting 20 minutes instead of given a choice to wait, delete sandwich or choose a different sandwich. After waiting and watching when sandwiches were finished I still had to ask for them. No apologies, no napkins, nothing offered reduce my dissatisfaction with my service and later my meal. I don't think I will use Jersey Mikes anymore. I know this will be pushed to the side and my dissatisfaction is not a concern. 53.00 for sandwiches we couldn't enjoy.
My sandwich was fresh and delicious. I got the Italian.
Its so expensive, over 16$ for a full sandwhich and marginally less if you want them to cut it up and give you 1 or 2 pieces. I never plan to go back.
Jersey Mike's was clean and efficient during the lunch rush. I ordered an Italian, it was good, the only downside was they went a bit heavy on the lettuce and oregano (the sandwich was still tasty). All around good experience; will visit again.
Sandwiches were made incorrectly. Cooktop/ grill was obviously dirty from the looks of the sandwiches ?. Workers had the phone off the hook for hours. Just close on the holidays (or any day)if this is the best you have to offer. Geesh!
I went in not knowing what I would like, I told the staff behind the counter to pick any hot sandwich that they would recommend. Tae and Marcus made a hot sandwich for me... it was hands down the best sandwich that I have had here before. Tae and Marcus are very respectful and amazing staff. Will definitely come back!
I ordered from several other sandwich shops.. nothing compares to Jersey Mikes .. kinda reminds of the the corner store sandwiches back in New York. Everything is fresh, the #8 is my favorite.
Tuna Salad was tasty. Had it on salad rather than sub.
UPDATE! manager of the store personally called to rectify the issue and refunded the meal however the one girl’s shrugging of shoulders is bothersome for a customer service based product.I’ve been here a few times within the past couple of months and each time there’s something wrong. Today sept 22,2021 I made an online order which wasn’t ready at the time it said it would be. After an hour later I finally got my sandwiches and all the girl did was shrug her shoulders at the amount of time it took to make. She also didn’t do anything to correct the circumstance. I like jersey mikes but I will NOT be coming back to this one and will recommend to all of my networks not to either.
