Definitely want to order ahead of time here especially during peak hours. The workers seem to work hard but still can't keep up with demand. The manager should probably have one more person there during peak hours.
They make my custom orders correct, and they're fast.

Great place to stop for a quick lunch. The order ahead service through Google was incredible, and always ready in 15 minutes which was perfect. Food was always decent quality too.
Emma and her team on Flowing Wells Rd are amazing! Everything is consistently fresh and delicious each time that we order from this location and as a refreshing bonus, we are always greeted and sent off pleasantly each and every visit, regardless of who is up front…they are all superstars! This exceptional Jersey Mike team should be commended and given many Kudos for representing so well!

I go to Jersey Mikes all over the country, this one needs work. I feel the kids there think the gloves are there to protect them from covid. Anyway Jersey Mikes subs are awesome! Been working in this town for 5 wks, been here 3 times and each time i get food poisoning. The kids haven't been trained on food safety and cross contamination. Watch their hands. They'll have gloves on when you walk in, theyll take your order, then with same gloves open the deli case, grab the product, take off the wrap, put it in the slicer, slice, rewrap it. Repeat for your sandwich, then the next guy, and the next. Wiping their gloved hands on themselves, touching the bread, grabbing the counter clearing tool, the knife, the toppings and finally your sandwich.. with those same gloved hands. They dont change gloves when they are supposed to. Watch them, watch what they touch as they make your sandwich. Its not intentional, its laziness and mgmt who doesn't enforce the rules. Rules, that when broken will cause you to hit the bathroom several times a few hours after eating there. Love Jersey mikes #13, but im not eating at this location ever again. Sucks because id go there 3x week if mgmt did their job. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this review.
They have really good subs according to a friend of mine but not worth almost $10 for a regular sub. I went for a friend of mine because she needed lunch and didn't have time to get it herself. I eat at blimpies $5 for a 6inch the best. I would never pay $10 for a sub. Cheaper to go to grocery store and get what you need and make several subs!!
