The food at this place is very good! My favorite location to go to is the one located on Washington Road in Augusta, Ga. The service, atmosphere and food is great! I've never had a negative experience going here at all. The employees work well together and are friendly, fast and yet personable. They have a way about them that makes a customer feel good about the experience. Customer service and food is always excellent!
I always order from here. Terrible order today. Bunch of oil on my sandwich and no vinegar at all. The bread looked like it was soaked in oil. Just one tomato on a regular size sub. There wasn’t even any seasoning on it. They didn’t even have my sandwich ready in time for pickup. I waited at the window for 7 minutes. The female who handed me the bag had dirty gloves on. I can just see the lettuce and mayonnaise on her gloves. It was pretty obvious she threw my sandwich in the bag without care. The whole thing was sloppy once I got home to eat. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I’ll stick to going on weekdays around noon. That shift makes better subs.
Fast service and delicious even have a portobello sub for us non meat eaters
Best sub place by National Hills. All the employees are kind too. Dont waste your time anywhere else
I ordered two Philly Cheesesteaks with bacon and lettuce (paid extra for requesting bacon) and when the sandwiches were ready, I had to request a bag for my sandwiches and when I got home my sandwiches didn’t have any bacon or any lettuce. When I called and stated I was charged for bacon and my sandwiches weren’t prepared the way I asked…..They hung up on me. The customer service sucks.
Counter crew was pleasant. Order made/received promptly. Tables needed cleaning in dining area.
Ordered pick up from the app, and they finished my order of two regular sandwiches quickly. They have a pickup station inside or you can pick up through drive-up window if you don't want to go inside. And the food was delicious as always.
By far better customer service than Furys Ferry. Great subs. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I’VE BEEN MARISSAFIED!!! Stopped in last night to the Washington Rd location and Marissa assisted me. I got a #17 steak & cheese and asked if I could switch out the green peppers for some mushrooms. “No problem!” Marissa said enthusiastically. Now I gotta let the world know that this sandwich was OFF THE CHARTS!! I mean super delicious. I highly recommend this hot combination of goodness. I also recommend having Marissa cook it for you. Keep up the great work team Washington Rd!!!! Your putting out a FANTASTIC product!!!
