Great place with amazing sandwiches. Only thing is that it’s really cold so bring your jacket!
We often order from Jason's take out, delivered by Door Dash and have been pleased by the results. The sandwiches have been nicely apportioned and great tasting. They also make excellent soup which I enjoyed. In addition, Jason's has a great salad bar and full entrees such a chicken alfredo and they make an excellent chili.
My first time eating here was a to go order. The service was good and the wait time wasn’t too long. I ordered chicken Alfredo and a salad from the salad bar. It was good so I went back yesterday and that’s where the problem occurred. As I was preparing my salad a guy came into the restaurant and yelled “Jason’s Deli” to an employee behind the register. He walked over to the salad bar and dipped his finger in one of the dressings and tasted it. No one changed the dressing container out or said anything to him. He then preceded over to the fountain drinks and did something then walked towards the back. This was disgusting!!!! To think how often has this happened and why wasn’t he stopped is mind blowing!
ordered there for the first time today. Had the NY Yankee, the gumbo, wife ordered the garden salad, and a order of potatoe salad. it all tasted great. i will be a return customer!
We have always loved Jasons Deli, but unfortunately this time the experience wasn’t great. We ordered curbside pickup. My husband ordered the steak po-boy ($10.79). Now he did order it with just cheese and mayo, but when we got home it had no cheese, only mayo and barely any meat. Also for the price, it would be nice if the sandwich were bigger.
My daughter loves it here. At least once a week she asks to come here to get a lighter portion Caesar salad. I don’t mind because I LOVE the salad bar and sandwiches here. They’re tomato soup is also bomb so we love it here.
My daughter and I just left this establishment. The customer service was on point from the moment we got to the speaker, to the moment we left. We were greeted by Elijah at the window and he had the brightest smile. He was very personable and made our short wait time pleasant. I appreciated the wonderful customer service. There needs to be more like him.
On March 27, my family wanted Jason’s Deli. I was hesitant about going back because of receiving food with mold on it some time ago. I gave them a second chance. So I decided to order online for curbside delivery. We all ordered the salad bar, but all were different. Needless to say, my daughter checked the food before leaving, and it was wrong. Over half of the items were missing. When asked about the things on the salad, they told them the salad bars weren't fully stocked when the order was made. They then told them they could fix it themselves. Customer service isn't what it used to be for sure. The extras we paid for weren't in the bag, either.

Have tried to give them three chances. First two times went through the drive thru, they were out of literally almost everything I named. Chicken, guacamole, and like 5 other things I named. They had chicken pot pie soup, which is pretty much the reason I go to Jason’s deli. And the soup was good, so I got over it. However, The turkey sandwich I got tasted terrible, I didn’t even finish it. I go to Jasons deli in Florida all the time and the sandwich is never this salty and unfresh. Third time we came, we went inside instead of drive thru as we were craving the ice cream. They had a sign that they only had vanilla. I prefer chocolate but I wasn’t making a big deal about it. Well they were out of vanilla too, you press on the lever and nothing came out. Also, they forgot our soup that was paid for. Thankfully we checked our bag before driving away. I don’t see how this place is staying in business. 2 stars instead of 1 because I like the taste of their chicken pot pie soup.
