I hadn't been to Hooters in forever, and decided to give it another go. Naturally, extremely friendly staff, well made and mixed alcoholic drinks, and arguably the best wings I've had in a while. A little pricy, but still worth it.

Had my first disappointing experience tonight. They have changed the mozzarella sticks. I confirmed this with the waitress/bartender. The first batch was cold so we sent them back and the next batch was hot, but the breading is thick and sweet. Almost has a chemical taste. My husband and I were so disappointed. We also love the cold draft beer and all the drafts were out?? The bathroom was so smelly and dirty. What’s happened to Hooters? The wings were still good. I may never dine in again. I know inflation is making restaurants look for ways to cut costs but you will probably lose my business.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. But I can't so ill give it a 1. I showed up at 9:30pm to grab some wings and a sweat tea. I didn't even my drink until 10:24. I put in an order of wings at that time since no one even asked me what I wanted. I waited on my wings from 10:24pm until 11:05pm. I was finished with my food and ready to go at 11:40. Asked for a To go box at 11:40, to then wait for my receipt. I had to flag down another waitress twice in order to ask her to tell my waitress that j wanted my receipt. Since mine keep chatting it up with another table across the building and never even coming over to check on me. Even after that it still took my waitress another 10mins to give me my receipt. I didn't get my receipt until 12:05. I spent over 2.5hrs here, not even watching the game, had one drink refill and an order of wings. I spent only 16min eating. The rest of the 2.5hrs was waiting to be served.I hope this place goes under. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I will not come back here even if they paid me. I could have been a simple in an out process, and I contemplative just leaving without paying, but I at least paid for the food.NEVER AGAIN.
First time coming to this restaurant and must say I was impressed. I stop going to Hooters because the food was terrible. It doesn't matter to me if the waitress is attractive, if the food sucks I won't go. I was invited to go and must say my friends were right. Hooters has gotten better with their food. Especially now that they have smoked wings. Smoked meat is the way to go. My only issues is I think it was over smoked when it came to how hard the outside of the wings were. But with how that lacked the flavor made up for it. The flavor alone rates 5 stars. Also the customer service was amazing. I had Taly. She is an awesome lady. Would highly recommend to ask for her when you visist. She was so nice and helped every way. She has personality which is a plus. Looks aren't everything. She has the entire picture. So my experience was perfect. I would recommend the smoked wings to everyone and I will definitely visit again. Thank you Taly!
This place is the worst , we waited 30 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us. Then she axt she was upset that I said something, a group of white boys came in and they were immediately attended too. Once we got the drinks they were watered down and the food taste like the grease lived in it. We will not be xoming back here. I give this place a 0 out of 10.
We waited for hour still no service. We end up seating ourselves. Still no waitress. Hooter waitress walk past us several times. It was fewer customers here this time. Hooter is one of my favorite places to eat at.I like to visit all the hooter restaurants, hooter in August, GA. is not the place to visit. ????????????????????
The food and the service at this facility were very good.This Hooter has a large horseshoe shaped bar. Haven't seen this anywhere else.Compared to most other Hooters restaurants, this one was cleaner than most.
love this place its kid friendly and great atmosphere plus the food is awesome waitress very helpful.
Shout out to Milo the manager at Augusta. I have Celiac so Milo walked me through the menu for some great options. If you are super sensitive I recommend other options but I am not and he nailed some great menu items. Thanks to him and his team. Great time
