Good place to eat in Augusta. Always grab two desserts…one for now and one for later!

Fresh. Hot. Flavorful. Good variety. Good price for two pieces fried chicken , two sides, sweet tea, roll or cornbread. Very helpful and attentive staff. Somewhat difficult to find using GPS. It is along side the Christian book store- facing Washington. Parking is limited. Worth going out of your way if passing through Augusta. Sweet potato casserole is more dessert than side dish.

Currently only doing orders online for takeout. Couldn't eat there

The food, the service, the cleanliness was all outstanding! A must to try!

Never had a bad meal here. Everything from the roast beef pictured to the baked chicken to the meat loaf. The sides are amazing especially the broccoli casserole and squash casserole. Everyone is always friendly. Good portion of food for the price. Highly recommend.

This is a unique restaurant -- it's only open Monday-Friday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and it's run by the Whole Life Ministries. We went for lunch and it looked like many of the other patrons were regulars, mostly seniors. The menu varies from day to day and is available on their website. There are meat and vegetarian options. My daughter and I had the collard greens, sweet potato casserole, green beans, fried okra, mashed potatoes, and creamed corn, and it was all yummy. We finished the meal off with homemade peach ice cream!
