Always quick and great portion size. The only thing we don't enjoy is the Boba drinks. They are way too sweet and not flavorful enough.
First time here.The Poke bowl was absolutely delicious! Large portions, really fresh Ahi tuna.Had the other half, cold the next day, and t as just as good.Cant wait to go back.
Not a lot of poke options in Augusta, but still my favorite even among the competition in Virginia Beach. The Augusta area is lucky that it's one poke place is so great. Highly recommend.
We go to hello poke every few weeks or so. Usually very good. Ordered online this time and picked it up. Got it home….it looked fine and as we were eating we quickly realized that the spicy tuna was completely missing from both of our bowls! So I tried to call ……..busy…….15 times later still busy…….in the way like the phone is off the hook! If I go back I will check our bowls before we leave……..never thought I would have this kind of problem here.
New in town so I decided to try them out. Love their make your own bowl option. They have so many options for whatever will please you appetite. The bowls are filled generously. I would advise everyone to try it out as everything is fresh and ridiculously delicious. A very special thanks to Yoyo for being helpful, amicable, and very professional while advising me on the best sauces to try and her recommendations. Loved everything about this place.
Had the chicken teriyaki like the picture with eel sauce added….Yummy!!!
The Grovetown location is better, but this hello poke still makes a good bowl. Usually out of fried garlic, and the Udon noodles are cold.
The server had an attitude out of this world. I understand Covid has a lot of businesses short staff but the attitude toward customers is not acceptable. The Rice was extremely hard and super cold. The shrimp had a smell to it over all not a good experience I had to throw the food away . Definitely not coming back to the Augusta location.
Great food. Those peppers are way too hot to enjoy.
