Soul food. Was very good. Your not going to find a huge selection of foods like some other buffet in town but what to find is very well presented and prepared. I had the best tasting pig feet and ribs ever here. Nice down home atmosphere. Currently they use paper plates and and cups but it makes sense. Also, they have a sink at the entrance so you can wash you hands before you go in. That's unique. Prices are fair and I'm sure you will enjoy. I know I do.
The salad bar was as big as the entree and sides bar together. The food was decent, and the fried chicken rather tasty, but it wasn't with the $16 price tag. The entree section was limited to just 3 things, and the sides were typical Southern fare. Would I go again? Probably not, unless I had a 50% off coupon
My son introduced me to this place when I visited him and my grandchildren. They have very good food, and the customer service is A1. When I visit Augusta, I only want to eat at this place. Try them out. You won't be disappointed in your experience.

It was very good, lots of variety. They had a lot of country food like gizzards and chicken, I loved the meatloaf but they took it away when I went back for seconds. The greens were excellent and also the homemade macaroni and cheese, the meatloaf was excellent too that's why I wanted seconds. I was kind of disappointed about that but they had peach cobbler, cherry cobbler and ice cream. I would like to go back again because it was worth the price and the service was excellent.
Loved this place for many years.... my last 3 trips.. over 7 months or more...they have gotten worse each time...the price has gone WAY UP... and the quality has dropped off big time... its like they are doing just enough to get by.... hate too... but I really doubt I'll be going back. Golden coral is the same price....and they have much more variety... I understand everything is going up...but if I'm going to pay more...I expect the standards to by in line...Sadly...it's not. Wish you folks the best.
The food was very good, place is Clean, Service Great. I love the fact they use paper plates, plastic forks and cups. They also have 2 sinks when you walk in for everyone to wash their hands. I definitely recommend this establishment and will be back

This place is ok if you want some vegetables that have actually been cooked. The only downfall is that all these years their variety of food doesn't change from what they have been serving for the past 22 years. Don't get me wrong, their food is pretty decent, but they serve the same thing and do not add or upgrade to other food choices. So if you are a creature of habit and like things to remain the same, this is a great place for you to eat.
