I was given a bill for $75 and charged $87. Second time of having a bad experience. The waitress was more worried about her phone call than her tables. The Manger did however fix the fact they charged me an additional $12. I am most definitely not impressed, especially since the last time I was in there and they gave me a regular bowl and charged me for a large but now they can void card charges that they couldn't do before when they over charged me. Before they said all they could do was give me a 20% discount on my next meal since that was all the food i was missing out of my bowl. Not impressed what so ever, going down hill fast.
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. The food was burned, and some parts were undercooked.Grease leaks down from the vent hood over the grill onto the grill itself, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. As soon as you walk in the floor is sticky from the grease, the tables and chairs are disgusting, greasy and sticky. The chairs slip on the floors, all I did was lean over and the chair slipped from underneath me. The bowls they served us food in were dirty, you could literally scratch the grease off them. We were given plastic takeout bowls so we could eat our food out of them instead. The waitress we were supposed to have didn't even acknowledge us. But the waitress Morgan that took over was very sweet and apologized the entire time. She was amazing, but I'll never go back there again. 100% would NOT recommend. Such a shame. Use to be a great restaurant.
The customer service was served with a side of attitude. Ignored by the “buffet line” guy who didn’t even make eye contact with me. The meat sitting there in bowls smelt gross. They didn’t tell me what the procedures are, so I had to remake my bowl and get in line behind a big group. When the server came to check on me, I got more attitude. When I tried to explain what happened in the line, they cut me off and interrupted me. The manager explained that they would cook my bowl before the people in the big group and tried to explain what happened by telling me all about how busy and understaff they are. (They we’re not busy at all and had enough staff.) I got the beef bowl and it was terrible. The beef was so chewy, I ate around it. To top it off, the manager never came back to help me settle the bill, so I had to do it at the hostess stand and they made me pay for that meal. Horribly disappointing experience. I won’t be back ever.
The food quality was rather poor for the price they were asking for. The rice, specifically, felt like they used a Walmart $1 rice and that poor texture stood out the most while I was eating. Additionally, the utensils were dirty. The wait time wasn't too bad, but I wish the food tasted better.
This place is awesome.Never overcrowded, which is a plus for me. The manager and staff makes sure the guests are satisfied with their orders. And they are very friendlyLove the white sauce.Highly recommended.
had an OK experience! staff there was not socializeable at all. I understand covid but be thankful you have a job! since from before covid, my husband & I would go twice a week, if not more. the place has turned "ghetto" in my eyes! sorry to say this but I nor my husband will be returning! our server was fantastic and bless her heart for having to work with such careless workers.
Usually the food and service is great, today their slacking. I have a food allergy and I found shrimp in the steak. I suggest they put the seafood in front so the other food doesn't get contaminated. Also the food was getting restocked properly how it usually is. Then the didn’t cook the meat all the way through, the bacon was raw. My mama asked for EXTRA noodles and it seemed like a regular amount. Today wasn’t a good day and I think the service needs to be stepped up.
My second experience here left me unsatisfied. I ordered the large pad Thai (almost $20). I asked for sweet chili sauce and was given a very spicy sauce instead. The chicken tastes charred, but not terrible. There weren’t any peanuts in my dish and I had to ask for them. Overall the meal was edible, but not what I expected for the price.***edited to add how nasty the restaurant is too…***
We just had such a bad experience here! We arrived at 11:45am and were seated with a lovely waitress named Alicia. She came over, discussed our order and options, helped us make decisions, and then took our order. One of the members of our party ordered a build your own and the others ordered signature dishes. Our order was placed before noon. Around 12:30pm the build your own order was brought to the table. At around 12:45pm the table behind us received their potstickers and so we stopped their waitress and asked how they received their order before ours and could she check on ours. She gave several excuses about appetizers being put in first and we asked again if she could just check on our order. She came back and said that cook for fresh market wasn’t back there to cook it. We expressed our concern that if they didn’t have anyone to cook it they shouldn’t have let us order it. We were frustrated but not belligerent or rude. Several minutes later the manager, who we were later told is named Kim, came over. She instantly came across very irritated and unhappy with having to talk to us. She stated that the staff who was there she let go early because her grandfather only had one hour to live. She said that she wasn’t going to lie and our food was on the grill now. She never apologized in any fashion. One of the members of our party stated that her telling us that and the way she was speaking was inappropriate and unprofessional and we just wanted to know where our food was and when it was coming out. She stated “no it’s not” and we asked again where our food was. She got visibility upset and walked off, spoke to our waitress, and then came back a few minutes later and said we didn’t need to worry about our food and they we could just leave. One of the members of our party was still eating her dish and we said we would leave when she finished. At that point she stated she would call the police to make us leave. Again, we never raised our voices, used inappropriate language, stated anything negative, etc. We simply said that how she was speaking to us was unprofessional and we just wanted an update on our food. So we finished what was there, gave Alicia, the waitress, a tip, asked what Kim’s name was (as she never provided it), and went to Panera next door. We are completely flabbergasted by this experience. Why would she treat customers that way? Why would you threaten the cops on four middle aged women who asked about our food. I won’t apologize for calling her unprofessional, because she truly was. It was a horrible experience and I am truly disappointed that this is allowed.
Great food and selections. Spices and Sauces on point . Great service and timeliness of delivery
