I love Dunkin donuts. I went through the dive through and I received my order very fast. The staff were professional as well.
This location makes my order right almost every time! My iced caramel craze latte always tastes better from this location. I drive out of my way and past a different location just to come here!
I went here to get a Hot coffee and then realized it was not hot at all but lukewarm so I came back to ask for them to replace it and then the lady told me that was a fresh batch she had made and gave me another lukewarm coffee which tasted more like a cup of cream than coffee. I am preferring to make my dunkin coffee at home since it actually taste like coffee and not cream. Dunkin donuts coffee shops have declined so much on the quality of their coffee! Hopefully, they will get new training soon or they will lose a lot of customers.
The best DD in the CSRA. Always very courteous and friendly, always gets the order right (we order always extra coffee syrup for strong flavor).

The worse store every. They literally turn the phone off so they can talk to someone on it. You pay for an order and they don't wont to help you.
2022-02: Placed an order through the app just before pulling in. It was ready as we walked in and other than being out of the strawberry icing w/ sprinkles donuts, everything was just as ordered and freshThe store itself was not as clean as it was on my last visits here. Despite there being wet floor signs up, indicating they had recently mopped, the floor was sticky throughout. The employees were all busy and the young lady we worked with was pleasant.
I was picking up donuts for work. The staff was super friendly and helpful when helping my selection. Would go to again.
Service was good, egg bites are good and tasty but donuts never are quite as fresh as KK
Their breakfast, coffee drinks, and doughnuts are all amazing. The only complaint I have is that they tend to get very frustrated if you don't know exactly what you want right when you pull up to the speaker @ drive-thru. I stopped by recently when it was pouring rain and couldn't see the order board because of the humidity so I asked about 2 options for drinks. The employee was so frustrated by 2 questions about cinnamon and whether I could get a drink without caffeine and she/he/they asked if I was "done yet"? Needless to say, a much nicer associate completed my order.
