I went in there this morning a lady was moping saying will be right with me then look around she's moping the whole floor she saw me looking at her she came ove with nasty attitude Sky is her name can I take your order I asked could you wash your hands she said you can wait for someone else to take your order real nasty I ask for mgr she had me waiting order 10 mins I ask another worker for ph.# she didn't know she went and ask sky and they told me to look it up I will not patronage DD anymore 2nd encounter i guess you let the talk to consumers like any thing since you need help no more of my money no more
Stood in the lobby watching employees scrambling as if the 4 cars in the drive through were a mad rush. We finally walked out as there was not so much as a "be right with you". I'm guessing at least 6 employees were there too and no one else in the store.
This business seems like to me one that tries to cut corners and extract from their employees. Ordered on the app, arrived 5min later than scheduled to give them some grace period. Once I got there they didn’t have two of the three things I ordered. They did not have a coffee sleeve for the coffee and it was very hot to touch. This is a coffee shop with no sleeves. I later spilled a little bit of coffee on my seat because O was holding it awkwardly. The croissant took forever to make but I was on my way to work, when I need to pick up the things I ordered in 30 seconds and be on my way. Thank goodness I planned plenty of time ahead for extra time wasted here. This makes me feel very uncomfortable to ever order here again on my way to work, which is one of the slogans of the store. Turns out, employees felt very short staffed. They are always out of things - waffle cones, sleeves, etc. This store doesn’t make me want to go there.
My food was cold and my coffee was ALL WRONG! I don't understand how my food was cold when they asked me to pull around and wait??♀️. I didn't realize my coffee was wrong and my breakfast sandwich was cold until I got to work. I could not leave work so I didn't go back to the restaurant until 3:00pm. At this point I hadn't ate breakfast or lunch. I took everything back to Dunkin and told them how my order was all wrong. They gave me my money back but I wanted them to MAKE IT RIGHT by also giving me a gift card to come back another time for the huge inconvenience. They said no and didn't even apologize. I won't be going back!
My iced caramel latte is almost always perfect! The employees are friendly also!
Waited 20 minutes to use the restroom behind an employee. Didn't have the type of donut I like. Not happy nor friendly employees.
Depends on the time of day, and shift working. Sometimes you will get awesome people who are polite, and apologetic if anything goes wrong. Then sometimes you get rude people who just want to rush you through, and have an attitude if there is any issue. I have had both experiences here. I would say 7 times out of 10 my order is correct. One thing I can say. The donuts are always good!
Absolutely fast service, but the line for the drive-thru is entire to close to the road next to it to turn in and easily able to back up traffic.
Quick and tasty. A good spot to get ice cream, coffee, and/or donuts
Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 30 plus minutes for 2 large milkshakes which came out to be $20.00. Just to finally get served 2 large melted milkshakes. Such a disgrace!
