I have not had Don Pepe until today, but I can say I am now your number one fan. If Don Pepe has a Million Fans, I am one of them. If Don Pepe has 10 fans, I am one of them. If Don Pepe has one fan, I am it. If Don Pepe has no fans, I don’t exist. This food was too good. If I were to go on death row, I would request Don Pepe meal for my last meal. Mr. Don Pepe, you have all the power. Putting this restaurant in the Augusta Mall might have been the most genius and diabolical plan that will create a Don Pepe army. The staff who were working on Tuesday June 21st made my meal with love & deserve a raise.
I did not speak to management. My first visit was perfect. Food was flavorful and service was good. 2 months later I went at 11 am when they first opened. Service was slow. My order was wrong. I ordered beef street tacos and beef taco salad.The meat had no flavor. They gave a chicKen taco salad instead of beefCheck your food before leaving. They do not give refunds.
Just ordered their Texas rice. There’s potential but it was bland. The meats had no seasoning when I found a oiece of meat. It just tastes like they were relying on the cheese to cover up the light seasoning. I can see it being a great dish but those would be my recommendations. Alittle more meat and alittle more seasoning

Staff was very friendly. I have an onion allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Food was delicious. Portion size was huge! I ended up getting 4 meals from my entree.

I went there today and ordered some food that specifies that it has cheese on it. When I got the order opened it up seeing that it didn't have cheese I went back to the front and ask them could they put a little cheese on it please they said no I would have to pay for it I explained to him and showed him a receipt that I've already paid for the item that included cheese and they said no that the only thing that they could do was sell me some cheese. Well that's kind of like going to McDonald's and ordering a cheeseburger and getting no cheese on your double cheeseburger. It was more of the principle that I'd already paid for it and then they could not make it right the only thing they can offer to do is sell me what was already sold to me and paid for horrible restaurant crooks at best. I gave him a fair opportunity to make it right
I tried this place today for the first time, first of all they have chipotle prices but food like taco bell, i mean taco bell is better the food had no flavor and they charge you for every little thing you put on your food which it should be free, so yeah I wont be going back.
