This place was good about a year ago. It has really went downhill in the last couple of month. My last two order of pizza were horrible. My pizza barely had sauce or cheese. I called this morning to tell them and asked about what is going on and I was greeted with a rude employee who did not care. It’s okay to raise price if y’all can’t make a decent pizza with current inflation. But it unacceptable to sell what I took home last night as a pizza.

This Dominos, much like other food establishments in our area, is severely short staffed. I had a pickup time for 8 pizzas at 7:30 on a Friday but had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready due to there only being 3 in house employees, 3 delivery drivers with multiple orders to complete/deliver and new orders just kept on coming in but the whole crew NEVER stopped working. Kudos to the staff and the pizzas were delicious.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Pick up order took an hour. ( tried called 15 mins in and was on hold for 25 mins while boyfriend went to pick up pizza.) I was given every reason under the sun as to why this was the case. They had 1000 orders (sure don’t believe you there), they only have one person in the store, (again not the case as I can hear 2 ladies and another call for a mans name), we’re short staffed (ok, I believe that one), your boyfriend isn’t here picking up your pizza (we live not even 5 mins away, he was there).” Or my favorite one: I should have called earlier. I was legit on hold for 25 minutes before anyone decided to pick up the phone, hello? The First Lady on the phone forgot to put me on hold so I could hear her complaining about her job, how she was about to leave, and how she’d rather be paid 8 or 9$ an hour than dealing with people. It sounded like another unhappy guest was in the store and had left because the manager special was $13 written on the wall but whoever kept telling that customer it was wrong and the price is really $14.99. EITHER WAY,I let the lady on the phone know I can hear her and I asked for a manager (who I later found out wasn’t even actually the manager.) That lady gave the phone back to the first one who proceeded to ask me if I wanted a credit or a refund. I let her know you can’t refund cause we didn’t pay credit he has cash, and I don’t want a credit for the future cause I’m not ordering here again. She kept telling me she didn’t understand what I wanted. I told her fine give me the refund then, she said I couldn’t have refund and the pizzas. After a bit of back and forth I was told to call the GM in the morning. I asked for their names and was told they didn’t have to give it to me and they hung up on me. BONUS: for pickup pizza we had to wait over an hour for, it wasn’t hot or cooked all the way through.

They said 20 minutes. When I showed up and asked for my order, the pizza's weren't ready, even though our name was on the TV saying it was ready. They didn't even start making our 2nd pizza until I asked for the order. Another half an hour later, the order was finally ready. The pizza's tasted good though.

This dominos is terrible. I don't blame the staff. The staff has been friendly even though they are severely understaffed. I placed an online order and got the email that my order was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I noticed like 5 other people waiting for someone from the staff to at least address them. Everyone from the staff kept doing their own thing and it seemed that there wasn't anyone assigned to ring people up or to attend the walk ins. The whole logistics and organization were a mess. Every customer that was there was mad because either the order was incomplete or wrong. My pizza was cold. Never again.

One hour after ordering on the app, according yo the tracker my order hasn’t even been prepared. 15 minutes so far on hold with no phone pick up. I think if s store is experiencing delays they should update the app or don’t take the order if they can’t fill the order! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable ! I can’t even get anybody to pick up the phone to cancel! NEVER in my experience with dominos over the past few decades have I had such a poor experience! I will NOT use this store again!

I’m shocked at the amount of negative reviews. I really like this Dominos. At my two apartments in the delivery area, they’ve always been timely and the food is usually good! I even got one of those freebies!!BUT they never cut the pizzas. And one time my pizza was ripped in the oven. After I waited like 8 minutes in the drive thru for it. So somebody had to look at it? But still 5 stars!!!

I’m not a frequent customer here at Dominos but it was before 11 and they were open and had no wait. The location on Washington Rd has great parking, the inside is clean, the staff is friendly. They had only 2 people working and the guy that took my order made my hand tossed pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. It was super quick; like less than 10 minutes! It’s Dominos so I already have expectation’s for how it taste bc they taste the same. Everything was as expected with the food quality. I had a great experience. Easy transaction and no issues. I would recommend.

Service at window was good. The order thin crust pepperoni ,sausage and extra cheese was terrible. Cold wet spots from bottom of crust to top pizza . Hadn’t been to dominos in a while but they where better than that. Also unusually greasy.
