Candace, the delivery person was amazing, food arrived hot. Ordered no bell pepper on cheesesteak pizza, had lots of bell pepper. Preparers need to pay attention to detail. This issue is way too common.
Was never given a receipt by my driver. I placed an order at the new location for delivery and upon delivering my food they forgot my wings. I called for them to replace my wings and was on hold for an hour. Long enough for my brother to go to the physical store and actually confirm that they were inside ignoring calls and doing nothing. My phone call was never answered. They refused to give him the wings because he got into an altercation with the cashier for trying to give him wings that were under a heat lamp for the whole hour we were trying to reach them. He was so frustrated we had to go up to Dominos just to speak on his behalf. 11:40 Doors were locked and we were told to go around to the drive through to speak. We were then informed they could not reimburse the wings they would not deliver but they could offer a 40$ store credit for the whole order. The whole thing was janky. Why would I want to eat here again? The service was so bad I don’t care if everything was free.. why would I want to be treated this way again as a customer? After stating the obvious to the cashier and her manager.. clearly all of this could have been resolved if the phone had been answered as it’s intended & the order was delivered like I paid for it to be... no one would be nearly this irritated. The manager had his employee handle the situation as he stood on the sideline and never even took any accountability. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
if I could give zero stars, I would. when we initially placed the order, the app stated that this stores delivery time would be around 30-45 minutes. I placed an order around 6:00, and it did not get delivered until around 8:30. That was only after a handful attempts of calling and being told that my order was out for delivery, even though it was not. The manager on the phone was very short and rude in delivering the message that they were short staffed. I explained that I understood that, seeing as I work in the medical field, however there was no clear communication that this was the case prior to ordering or during the order. When the order did get delivered, a part of my order was missing and it took another hour for them to deliver the missing item. The pizzas were cold, and after traveling 5 hours to Augusta, our group was ready for a warm meal and then bed. Unfortunately, that did not happen and we were met with terrible customer service as a result. I love Dominos and I am a frequent customer in my hometown, but after this experience, I can’t say that I feel as if I’m a valued customer.
I ordered pizza and my order was cancelled by someone at the store. The worst part is no-one even called to tell us and we waited too long tovbe able to order from anywhere else. Now YOU can explain to my children why they are eating leftovers, instead of pizza and fireworks!!!!
We ordered a pizza at 12:30 - one and a half hours before they closed. They cancelled the order on us at 1:45. We called and they proceeded to cuss us out for “ordering too late”. I’ve never been talked to so rudely. I even have videos of them cussing us out. Do not order from here
Ordered several pizzas online for pickup. It was ready by the time I got there, and they were brought to the car. The only "negative" I experienced was the Domino's employee that brought the pizzas out ... he had the pizzas in one hand, and it looked like he was using the other to hold his pants up. He was polite though. This location has a drive thru pickup window, which I thought was neat. I was visiting from out of town, and we don't have those at our Domino's.
Worst Pizza place to order from. If I could give it no stars or deduct stars I would. Don’t waste your money or your time. I ordered a pizza from there and asked for hand tossed crust. And it was super thin and hard as a rock. I called to complain and the Manager assured me it was hand tossed and I could come up there and watch him make another one but it will turn out exactly like the one I have. I told him I was not going to drive up for duplicate pizza that I was unsatisfied with in the first place.
I have never been disappointed of their food or service. Domino's has pizzas with beautifully seasoned crust and a large variety of toppings to choose from. Their dessert menu was just amazing, with lava cake, cinnamon twists, and marbled brownies, and more. They also serve large bottles of soda to drink with your meal, as well as pasta, and wings. They also offer great deals on your meals. Order domino's! Trust me, you wont regret it!
Gotta love pizza!! Super good food for the most part, last time we ordered the crew working were all really young and immature and the Parmesan bites were really greasy , but we have to put faith in our youth to take over our business one day right!?! Hopefully they'll grow up sooner than later!
Inconsistent are best, really gone downhill since move. Most is Extremely Poor. Much better when he's not there. I've been a once to twice a week customer for years, won't be going back anymore. Maybe when he goes out of business they'll let another franchise pick it up. At least that's what I'm hoping for
