I visited the Peach Orchard Rd and Tobacco Rd location something was wrong with the exhaust system and when we entered the restaurant the owner meet us with a smile and a apology for the area being a little on the hot side. However, I love their food my taco salad bowl was great!!!! Served with smiles and thank you come back again! We eat there often being that there's no restaurant to eat in close to our school. But I love Diablos the food, service and cost! When even ate on the sidewalk.
Not impressed. It's a Pancheros or Chipotle style eatery. Ordered the chicken bowl and it was gross. Couldn't even eat half of it. The chicken was burnt, the green sauce tasted weird. Plus after a while, all you can smell is the smoke coming from the grill, then it permeates your clothes and leaves you feeling dirty. Don't bother.
Will say the staff was pleasant and nice but I noticed they never flipped our quesadilla and cook did not pay attention. When we got home we found quesadilla was burnt and to hard to eat. GROSS 27 dollars down the drain. Other Diablo's have it down pat just this one is bad
I love you guys, I really do. BUT the tofu has become insanely spicy, and I know it wasn't always like that. I've been a fan of Diablos for years.And twice now I've asked for a crunchy taco bowl and was denied. First time was a walk in, 2nd time was a doordash order that was placed an hour and a half before closing.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend eating at this establishment. Employees were rude, refused to correct order, missed multiple items in order, openly made rude comments about the patrons in front of us. Will never eat here again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I’m usually delighted with my food from this Diablo’s location, but tonight’s visit and two before this one have not been a delight to the tastebuds. My husband picked up dinner around 8:00 pm tonight, and when I bit into my burrito, the rice inside was undercooked and left me with a mouthful of crunchy rice grains. Before today’s visit, I had to ask that I not receive pieces of chicken that were burnt crisp because my last orders had burnt instead of grilled chicken in my rice bowls. I didn’t post before because I figured they may have had a couple of bad runs with the grill but eating undercooked rice tonight canceled the deal for me with coming back to this location, ESPECIALLY with it occurring on a night that I happen to be extremely hungry!
Burnt chicken in a burrito, and a hair in my date’s salad. When told about the hair issue, employees cared even less than they should’ve.This is not what you’d call a “flagship” location.
Placed an order online to pick up. When I arrived the gentleman told me he didn’t have an order for me. I told him order number and even showed him the confirmation. He looked didn’t have it. Asked around no food. So he makes me a steak bowl. I come back to the office to eat it to find out the steak was BURNT. It made the whole bowl taste burnt. Will not go back or place an order online again! So for lunch I had chips and salsa ?
A little slow service this time. A huge call in order held up the customers in line, waiting for the call in order to be filled. Food was very good as usual though. I enjoy the mix steak and chicken bowl with guac. Recommended
They are not very nice, the food okay.. I asked for extra cheese, the girl just looked at me!
