Almost all of the food was very good. Unfortunately out dessert (fried donuts) were under cooked. While our server was good she did seem to be very busy. Hopefully they can get some more help in the floor
Service is always special at Cucina's. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't bug you. We've had a few different entrees and always find them super delicious. Overall a very nice to have dinner.

For a place that prices high I would expect better quality all around. First, the wait and host staff should be in nicer attire. Most patrons dress up as Cucina 503 is upscale; however, the staff is walking around in jeans with holes and tennis shoes. They should have nice uniforms. The old fashioned was horrible, like rookie horrible at a sports bar. The spaghetti carbonara was heavily peppered and garlic. We spent several years living in Naples, Italy. This isnât close. The bone in smoked pork chop was delicious. Very moist, tender and flavorful. Just the way our silverware, meals and drinks were served, was a bit rough and not professional.
Solid choice. On the higher end of pricing for what you are getting.
Highly recommend the caprese salad. Anything with the house make ragu is worth getting.
Cucina 503 has an impeccable selection with a wide range of options. Each dish is uniquely delectable and the service has always been outstanding. The entrees, appetizers, cocktails, and desserts are all fabulous. The only fault Cucina 503 has is the ambiance. The front of the restaurant and the decor and lighting does not match the quality of their food and service. However, I would still always choose this restaurant over almost any other in Augusta.
