This is the first and last time I'm going to cook out. This is at night when only the drive thru is open. The food is ok but the service is bad because they had a sign to use 2 lines to place an order but only one window. I parked in front of the window and the person at window either didn't see me or ignored me until I went up to the window and the food was already finished. Wasted so much time. They need to have a better system.
Not the best fast food, but it's good. Service is excellent and prices are better than almost any other fast food in the area. Definitely going back.
Wish I had some fries with my seasoning! Not edible at all! Please train staff at this location!
I am done with this cookout! Last two times I’ve went the quality has been severely lacking. I ordered a double burger and you can barely see one patty let alone two! I asked for lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. There was no tomato and barely any lettuce. I got onion and Mayo all over my burger too! I had to scrape off the Mayo and my top bun was all soggy. Definitely not worth the $16!!!
Ordered a jr. cheese burger with tomato, mayo, and onion. The burger was barely there - to even find it I had to remove the lettuce that I didn’t ask for and the tomato still had the center that you pull the stem out of so I had to remove that too. Just to taste some of it I removed one of the buns. I ordered the tray too which came with 3 chicken nuggets and 4 cheese bites. My friend got a plain hotdog and it came with chili and onions. His chicken sandwich was great though. This was my first cook out experience and honestly I’d rather never try it again.
Delicious burgers and BBQ sandwiches. Love the fried okra and hush puppies. Fries are poor -- no taste or seasoning. Love the shakes - try a different one every visit!
The SLOWEST fast food I ever ordered in my life! We waited more than 24 minutes from the time we ordered (time stamp on receipt) to when we got our foodIf you need to use the restroom and eat, use the bathroom and then go through the drive-thru. You'll be so much happier.The staff was cheerful telling me my food was on the way out, though.
Normally this location is great, but tonight we ordered burgers with the side as double nuggets and ended up with corn dogs instead. Milkshake was so runny I could’ve used a straw. After waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes.
It was the nastiest thing I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant.. I pray you all have cameras and can find the guy that was making shakes at approximately 7:20 because he was literally licking his hands after each drop of ice cream. I watched him do it after each shake he made and then told the young lady at the window.. Yup definitely not going back!
Food is okay , milkshakes are trash I ordered a cookies n cream and it had like one cookie crumb in it… I guys employees felt too lazy to go back and get more Oreo crumbs ….
