I was speechless when I got to the drive through window and was told my order was paid for by the driver ahead of me. I thank God for his goodness ? and His Word is truth I'VE done this for others but this was the first time for meMy food tastes even better ? Thank You who ever you are you made my dayStill smiling ? ☺
Went about 10 ish. The young lady at the drive thru window was very rude. And my mikeshake was maybe half full and very very chunky. Ive been to this one a few time and this was just bad. Really bad.
Always good for late night shake. Unfortunately the people that come up on foot in drive thru are very scary and RUDE. The drive-thru is not lit well. And maybe needs a security person. Not sure. Cook Out would receive alot more sales if that could be handled. Food is always on point and shakes , Unfortunately the only way to obtain food is drive thru. And it's SCARY .
Most of the time I go get food from drive thru it's normally good. The last couple times Ive been here it has been poor the food cold and for the price u would figure to get some better food. I do like how they are open later when everyone else is closed.
My only request was no Mayo. I should probably just stop going to fast food restaurants. 0/10 if possible
Service is horrible. In my cookout tray I asked him to double up on my onion rings for my two sides four of the eight onion rings for a little bigger than a quarter and all of them were burnt. When they opened up service and quality of food was good now it's hitting around the bottom of the barrel just your typical fast food restaurant
The food was decent but the service was awful. The attendant didn't seem to want to be there. It appears that the restaurant has permanently closed it's dining rooms.
Worst cook out I ever been to. Came 20 minutes before closing time got told from the manager that they close at 4:00 am when online it says 4:30, starting getting ignored even offered an extra 20 for them to take my order .. very disappointed in customer service and rude workers. Seems ghetto.
The young man who took my order on yesterday was very pleasant but for it to be lunch hour our food was not fresh everything was like wrong in my eyes I had a piece of lettuce it was just horrible right it's no way it should have been that way for lunch hour or any hour I don't think I ever return
I love the milkshakes just too thick!! Needs to be considered ice cream instead of milkshake because you can't slurp it !!! Other than that it's great
