I don't have a cold stone creamery in my area but I was excited once I knew there was one near me. I've been here twice this far and my order has been consistently great. The staff are going, but they have been professional while I visited. The ice cream was also great. I ordered the Founders Favorite.
We went to Coldstone on Robert C Daniel and we had the best experience. Emery and David helped us out a lot and their knowledge of What we like was phenomenal. Their service was amazing, they helped form picking out the Almond milk option and what will go bed with it. Emery and David are great people we bonded over ice cream. We will be returning customers.
This is a place kids come to get rewarded ... Having a restaurant with no access to a public restroom or a place for anyone to wash there hands is disgusting .... The Manager stated even he has to go to Chick-Fil-a to us the restroom disgusting ..

This is the best spot for ice cream. Strawberry ice cream with strawberries is the best in my opinion. A lot of options to choose from
It was okay. Not as good as I remember. No cones. Staff not very happy at all. Cafe area not the cleanest. Ice cream tasted fine. Over mixed the ingredients but still good. The small is like a medium which is nice but I didn’t finish it all. I probably will not be back for awhile.
This particular store and their ice cream itself tastes like Fabuloso All Purpose Cleaner. It’s sickening.
This could be petty because I'm Prego and was super excited about Cold Stone ice cream. We arrived at 9:35 and they close at 10. I would never go in a food establishment 10-15 min prior to closing. However, they still had 25 min to serve people. Rant over.
Stopping by for a treat with the family was well worth the wait... So tasty and delicious. The entire family sat in the car and devoured their selected treats. I appreciate the patience of the staff with each one of us, ensuring that we received exactly what we wanted.
This is always the worst customer experience. They sling the ice cream all over the bowl and don't even bother to scrape off the slab. Please hire some adults because this is ridiculous ?
