Management tampered with and disabled the water in the Coke machine to force the customer to pay for each bottle, while sodas have free refills. Salad bar is all from frozen so everything is mushy.Before they moved locations from Flowing Wells Rd. it was wonderful, but now between the hectic atmosphere and subpar food, it’s not worth it.
New pizzas - soggy; Brownie mushy - not okay.They charge $8.99 for buffet (excluding tax and excluding drink). Since CiCi's don't have water and would have charged us ~ $1.30/bottle, we went to next door gas station and brought a case of 24 water for~$5.00. We don't recommend this restaurant and won't be back.Better just go for sushi cost around ~$7.49 with more valuable and healthier ingredients.
Great restaurant and fun environment! This is ten times better than Chuck E. Cheese. Most of all the service we received from Zane. Great guy and made my family feel welcome. This is now our friday night spot! Thanks Zane
No words. I didn't like the food, my child is 5 but a picky eater and all she ate was pickles but I paid 5.99 plus tax for hers. The salad bar was missing key ingredients such as meat and cheese. They advertise the 3.99 for the buffet but have stipulations on it.....yea I wont be going back unless I'm full and my son said he wanted it again.
I brought my family only because my son got a voucher from school. So for me my wife and my daughter and my son's voucher with drink it came to $40.00. The food was mediocre at best not the best selection of items at best. The staff stood around socializing most of time. Not alot of rotation or selection on the pizza's to choose from.
Went here for lunch since they have the buffet special. Food was delicious. Service was spectacular. I was able to customize my own pizza which was a plus. I will definitely be back.
A lot going on. Barely could find a place to sit.the selection of pizza was lacking. You can order a pizza and they'll bring you a few slices. Tables were wobbly and there was no cups of water only 16.9 Oz bottles for $2.00
Good food and great customer service. Noticed no one had on hair nets though. One employee was constantly twisting his hair.
I really didn’t want to leave this but I felt like I needed to. The manager or GM here is not setting the right example for the young people working here. They literally stood around behind the register and sitting down conversing with each other while tables were filthy. The drink area had liquid all around it. The floors were wet and trash was everywhere. The staff cooking was great. However I was nervous about eating the food based on how nasty the dining area was. The staff was also cussing loudly between each other while kids ate. I only came because my son won a voucher at school. I will never come back to this location again. The management here is who I blame.
This is a pretty nice place, I visited with family and all 5 of us ate for around 50 bucks. There’s a game room for your kids, and there’s an all you can eat pizza buffet with clean bathrooms. If you’re nervous about the food don’t worry as you can watch them make the food if you like. 100% recommend this place. Note: It’s about 5 bucks for 20 credits in the game room and just about everything cost 4 credits excluding the claw machine closest to the food area. So be sure to bring some extra cash to put on the card.
