My food was fresh. Service is Sometimes Alright...But gas is to high to be having to sit in drive-thru for 30 to 40 mins sometimes. I think the owner should at least open the doors as of now due to gas prices. Now that's helping the community. Despite them keeping the lobby closed for unforeseen reasons.
The building was old dirty, the intercom wasn't working so we had to order from the window, the line was very long. The ladies on the inside was taking there time laughing and talking with each other, the food was luke warm, and the chicken had a burnt taste because the oil was old. I will never visit this place again, If you see this place keep driving!
This had to be the absolute worst Church's I've EVER been to! My chicken was not hot and was very rubbery and tough; my iced tea was not cold; and my Smokehouse Chicken half was more like a Cornish hen half. Then the cashier had the audacity to ask me to fill out the survey. They better hope I don't! I really thought Church's Chicken had higher standards than that...Oh, and check out the sign posted by the public restrooms that apparently aren't... (The local health inspector might be interested in this) FYI: A critical component of restaurant design is providing restrooms for customers and employees, and for both men and women in each category. This includes the physical facilities and signage, as well as provision for handicapped or wheelchair access. I wonder who is going to take responsiblity for that sign now??

It felt like the sun itself was in there personally frying everything. The food was overcooked the biscuits were disgusting and my fried okra was embarrassing. I must say that despite the inhumane working conditions, the employees were doing the best they can to keep the ship afloat but they didn't realize that it had sank long time ago. Come on Church's, you must do better!
The food is always good it’s the service that needs the work and I’m not sure if the management needs replacing or better training when it comes to customer service. My wife and I decided to find Church’s chicken for lunch yesterday, I had been bragging about the spicy chicken and the honey biscuits. On arrival the speaker was out and we had to order at the window. The young lady at the window was simply not professional she rarely made eye contact and when she did she seemed annoyed at the questions asked such as do you have chicken strips. When I order 3 piece spicy with an extra piece added she mumbled we don’t have spicy chicken when asked what was that she again seemed annoyed and with an attitude said it again and said you have to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken. So we said we will take your regular. Maybe she should look for work doing something else if she is not happy with her job and management should insure that the employees understand that regardless of what you are going through when you put your uniform on that you have to leave that at home and if that can’t be done stay home the business’s reputation and eventually it’s success is at stake.
Manager was so nasty and disrespectful and the way she acted towards the customers was said and I tell you the truth the food wasn't good at all if you want descent service go to Peach Orchard Rd it's worth the wait
3 piece Dark man I love they smoke House meal too, Big Texas meal good to, but that smoke House is my all time fav.
Slow service, drive thru mic is still not working,other then that the chicken is pretty good, pic is Spicy chicken breast with Honey biscuit

Good was hot just like I like it, and we had to go all the way across town to get it! Awesome staff and yummy biscuits! ❤❤❤
