We always have a good time and it's always been clean when we go. If you purchase the cups, you can bring them back any time you visit and get free drinks.
I love this location! It still has all 5 of the animatronics and the games are all super fun!! Go here!!
This is a very large Chuck E. Cheese! Rather standard food and standard games but plenty of space to move around even if there are ongoing parties. We had pizza and played on the unlimited hour card. Worked well sharing the card between one kid and one adult. Lots of fun!
Pizza was good, but expensive. Multiple games are innovative & entertaining. Good alternative to home video games - many require physical motion. Clean, well maintained, and wheelchair friendly.
My visit was not pleasing. Firstly, no one checked us in or out at the door. What happened to the "safety" behind Chuck E. Cheese visits? Secondly, the pizza taste different from the before, and by the end of the night, the manager told my daughter she would not accept her 481 tickets. I understand the location phased away from tickets, but since they were directly received from the company, I feel she could have done something to make my daughter feel better. Instead, the manager was nonchalant and dismissive. This was extremely disappointing, as I had just counted each ticket out for accuracy. To make matters worse, I was just allowed to redeem a few tickets there less than a month ago. Had I known, I would've used them all that visit. I spend over $60 each visit/ monthly, and I visit that location often. This experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. I left two stars because my daughter enjoyed the games.
My children had a blast! It wasn't congested at all and my almost 2 year old was able to be free and my 7 year old still goes and enjoys herself! Some of the games weren't working but most of them were. The new staff is very friendly and have great energy for the kids! The fact that there was only about 3 or 4 families there and Chuck E. and the team came out and really turned the place up!! The kids enjoyed and had fun and that is what it was about.
Ski ball kept sticking/ loosing time. Some games are missing the heads,Restrooms were smelly and Dirty. I used to love it! Too many inconvenience upgrades.
My god-daughter did good in school so her mom and I took her to have some fun at the casino ? for kids lol ? but I had more fun then her on the games ? ? that was a workout we won $6,000 and she got the toy she wanted and more and thanks for the water ? cups
Pleasantly surprised at the options for the very little kids (my daughter is just over a year old, we went for her cousin's birthday party) several rides for toddlers and even the games for the better coordinated kids were set low enough that she could at least see what was going on. Food was very tasty! The staff were all very nice and engaging with all the kids. The building is a little dark inside and grungy but that's to be expected considering that location has been there 30+ years! Loved the swipe cards with the wristband, super convenient and so much better than keeping up with a bunch of coins.
My son was disappointed by the games and there we lots of tables being used for parties and hardly any tables available. It was over crowded. My toddler didn’t have anything to play on. This place used to be our go too place. I’m disappointed and kids fighting over games. Girl at door had an attitude. we were their until food was done and wish we would have just canceled it because it was wrong. Last time before this time we had a blast. Guy running register was awesome! He knows his job and didn’t seem like it being crowed bothered him. We will try again when it’s not a Saturday.
