We called in an order for dinner. My husband picked up the order and had to wait after getting it because some of the items we ordered were missing. I ordered the steak (well-done) and chicken fajitas and an ear of corn. When he got home, I noticed that none of the meat on my order was done. The steak was brown on the outside but rare on the inside and the chicken was also undercooked. It was disgusting! When we called back, they offered to remake my order but I declined. That was my 1st time eating at Chili's in years and it was my last...serving undercooked steak isn't that big of an issue but undercooked chicken is a heath hazard.
Not too busy. Waitress was great. The food was good. I was disappointed in the shrimp lol it was small and the chicken.
Nice clean facility. Excellent service and delicious food. We often have the ancho salmon but for a change we had the southwest egg rolls with a brisket burger. Two of us shared them and it was plenty for the both of us. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in the area. I highly recommend it.
Pretty solid restaurant! They have a good selection of foods and they are delicious. Chips n salsa is always the favorite.
Worst experience ever.Our meals didn't get place was there 45 min and I noticed placed packed we were like 5th table in. The others eating. Waiter apologized but the place was a zoo with inconsiderate customers. Screaming kids and loud. I was trying to talk to the manager when our food finally came and still had a missing order. I could not hear him especially with broken down English. I had to scream for customers to shut up.Ended up with family getting mad at each other. I was visiting from South Carolina and I went back home.What a ZOO
My husband and I ordered the same thing. He received his food, and I received nothing. I asked where my food was and she brought me only sides. After waiting 24 minutes and only receiving sides, I asked where my entree was. She then informed me that if I wanted it, I’d have to wait an additional 10-12 minutes. My daughter’s food was inedible. The chicken crispers where loaded with extremely thick batter and the inside seemed raw. I use to be a fan, but unfortunately will never eat at Chili’s again. The manager did remove my meal from the ticket, which I never received and never ate a single bite. However, we paid full price for sub par food and sub par service. I never leave bad reviews, but this time it is truly warranted.
Service was fast and friendly. My silverware was dirty and there was something floating in my water. The food was hot and fresh, and considering how short staffed the hostess told us they were, everything was moving fairly quickly.
