I ordered a sandwich and broccoli salad. The salad and dressing spilled over onto the sandwich. The bread was then soggy, and I had to peel it off, and throw it away. I suggest you put the sides in separate containers. It was disappointing.
Enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. Love the grape salad. Will be back.
I had fairy high expectations based on what I’ve heard others say but those expectations fell flat for me. The service wasn’t friendly and the food was underwhelming. I had the Trio with the bacon, cheddar & ranch (?), the Original and the Southern style. It all tasted pretty much the same to me and mostly like mayo and not much else. The grape salad however was delicious and I could eat just that. The crackers were all broken up for the most part so there was nothing to eat with it. The website shows the trio as being served on lettuce but as you can tell by my picture that wasn’t true. The piece of lettuce was smaller than the palm of my hand. The sweet tea was good.
Great place to eat!!! Fancy Nancy & Jalapeño Holly are the best!! I never been upset bt the staff.. Now since COVID I notice the soups got smaller, not sure the price went up..
absolutely love this franchise but this particular location is staffed with employees who, for the most part, look miserable to be working and annoyed by the lines at lunch or with any questions you ask. You feel like you’re bothering the employees when dining at the Augusta location. Love CSC, but have consistently not enjoyed my experience here. Keep returning for the food. ?♀️
Not the easiest place to get into and they don't have a drive thru at the location where I was, but the food was exceptional. I had the lemon basil on croissant with grape salad and it was so yummy!
On Tuesday, April 26, I provided the Augusta location with an order for ten people to be picked up at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27. I called at10:53 AM to confirm the order was ready for pick-up, and was told by a manager the order wasn't ready. Also, while on the phone with the manager, the person picking up the order arrived, and we were told she would have to wait for the order to be prepared. I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism/care in processing this order.
The Chicken Salad Chick concept is perfect (unless you don't like chicken salad). Cute, tasty and clever. But even more, the customer service of this location is way beyond expectations. They were patient in explaining the menu to me in the most friendly way possible. I purchased more to go for later on my trip. They packed it on ice to make sure it was fresh. These ladies were a delight. And so is the restaurant. Don't miss it if you are in Augusta.
Very small amount of chicken salad on a tough croissant. Four packs of crackers given for two scoops of chicken salad. Stems left on grapes in grape salad. When this place first opened it was an immediate favorite but the past several stops there have been disappointing.
Surprisingly good spin on chicken salad with a bunch of different options to choose from even a few spicy choices and I should mention the sugar cookies iced with buttercream . awesome !
