Chick-fil-a usually if not always hands out their orders correct and complete but not tonight. We both had side orders of Mac and cheese and one had burned cheese. We were also missing a sandwich. We went back to the restaurant and quickly got our order resolved only to find out when we got home and started eating our meals that the replacement Mac and cheese had just been flipped upside down with the burned cheese.I hope this place does better next time.
Today 7/20 there seemed to be a lot of people busy doing nothing. And a few not so please customer service people.Yes it’s good to have app to skip line; it’s still should not be almost the length of a 30 lunch break to get an order.BEVERLY J was the only person who had a true smile and was glad to help. She was the reason for the 3 instead of a 2 starI did enjoy my meal but otherwise not a pleasurable experience.Not today at lease
Always a pleasant experience, no matter where we go! We travel a lot, and one thing I know will always be the same - the friendliness, great food, and great service at Chick-fil-A. This location was no exception. Thank you!
Not knowing how to give change back on an order and the manager completely ignoring this situation while sitting here waiting an hour on a Thursday night until shift change or I’m told come back tomorrow…. What? The food might be good but the people working tonight need a new job. Do not recommend this place
Drive thru line was long. Expected for a Chick-fil-A, but wasn't moving. Decided to go inside. Employees were busy socializing not working. Waited more than 10 minutes for a sandwich. For them to get that wrong
The customer service and experience is not good anymore. Took 19 minutes for a curbside order so I got out my car went inside to the mobile order area no one acknowledge me after waiting for 7 minutes I left. After a total wait time of 34 minutes someone called that they had my curbside order ready. I called the store no one answered, left vm for a refund. Its been almost a week still no callback.
We had two bus loads of troops on their way to Fort Gordon and we dropped in during the lunchtime rush. And I just wanted to say that you guys knocked it out of the park. Great job and thank you so much for the hospitality! It was key for us to be in and out. I would have cried if I saw that many people come through my door. Chick-fil-A continues to be a staple of what customer service should be. To the manager (the one calling all of our names), you and your team killed it!
Only CFA I’ll go to in the Augusta area they always get your order right and have fresh food, and decent size filets. Only issue I experienced as of late.. my drink had way too much ice in it. Gotta make sure their putting the right amount of ice for To Go orders, otherwise it’s no Putin getting a drink
Now THIS is a first!!! I'm (probably) - hands down - the greatest CFA supporter that ever existed! (CFA is actually the barometer I use to measure the service of other organizations.) That's why this particular review pains me. Service was HORRIBLE! I decided to take advantage of their dine in services since i hadn't stepped foot in one since the onset of this demonic pandemic! Now i wish I'd continued using the drive thru as it appears that they're not quite ready to start receiving guests on the inside yet..... ?
I have not eaten at Chick-fil-A in a long time, years to be exact. I ate there this past Friday, and wish I hadn't. I used to like their food, but it was not good this time. Although the staff was friendly and service was fast, it still does not my make up for the lousy food. The fries were hard and full of black marks from bad potatoes, the nuggets be tasted old too. Also, they are very expensive in their prices, does not reflect the portions. Twelve little itty bitty nuggets and med fry be with a drink cost me $10.51 with tax, not a great value. Needless to say I will go somewhere else next time., Not going to waste my my money there again. I always see such a long line at the drive thru, not sure what the big-to-do is all about they are not that great.
