First a co worker and myself with her nephew and my granddaughter didn't even orderCoworker ordered 10 wings combo and 5 PCs tender combo 32 and some Change they did offer to cook 10 mins it was longer then 10 they was nasty, put so much lemon pepper on the wing til they was too salty, we waited waited I can't complain about the first real good
We don't have these in Texas so i tried for the first time. We waited for 30 minutes just to talk at the window. I think the man was training somebody. I ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich, but I wasn't going to go back and get it fixed. The funnel cake fries were great and so was everything else even the sandwich I didn't order.
The food always be fresh and correct Mcdonald needs to take ? keep up the good job
Rude employees. I stand at the order window for 19 mins without anyone saying anything to me even though they all saw me. The window was slightly open so I asked are you not taking order at the walk up window? The acted like I was invisible. I walk away and they shut the window completely. Horrible!!!
Our experience was wonderful. We had quite the carload of people ordering and though there were only two employees working at the time, they were so fantastically patient, personable, and professional. Despite the size of our order everything was correct and delicious.
Their burgers are more expensive and smaller. The counter we picked up the food from was very dirty there were nets stick all over it. The wait time was awful again they must be using the excuse ohhh we are short staff after the pandemic...Checkers was a mess. The only great thing was the worker lady she never had an attitude even though as one person she had to serve the two drive thru sides all by herself and still serve the walk ins....It was around 9pm still no excuse for having short staff...
Fries kinda tasted like fish. What? Drive thru attendant was very pleasant. Baconzilla was hot and tasty. Pricier than I expected.
This Checkers/Ralley is a little bit run down. And the shake machine was down. But the Big Buford and fries were delicious.
Drive thru was a 30+ minute wait but the food was fresh. If they could just fix the drive thru times this place would be the best on Washington.
I ordered $30 worth of food on the app sat at the window 15min for them to say they didn’t have any wings . I asked for a refund they referred me to back where I ordered from which is the CHECKERS APP . Guess that’s what happens when you hire unprofessional poorly educated employees!
