Daughter went up to order some cheese fries and was told they weren't taking any additional orders for 20 minutes. I was able to place the order online at least which allowed the extra star. The fries were just OK and looked disappointing. I've gotten the sandwiches as well from here before and they're normally dry and lack the flavor you'd expect from a Philly cheese steak. Its mall food, but there are better choices still in the food court.
Food is ok, customer service the worst. And I was dealing with the Owner of the franchise Osmond Paschal. He shouldn't be in charge of anything or anyone, his own employees looked at him like he was crazy. Yelling at customes from across the food court. Who dose that? Don't waste your time or your money isn't worth it.

This has been a terrible experience with the store manager Shaniqua. I received the order incorrectly the first time due to the store not giving the driver the correct meal. Called DoorDash and they tried to send another order. The driver cancelled it and tried to speak to the store manager with her nasty attitude and told me that she could not process a refund after they both put me on hold for an extended period of time. She then told me to call DoorDash back and have them process the refund because they don’t do it in the store. Will not be coming back here anytime soon. Complete imbeciles.

Requested service on their kitchen equipment with promise to pay by credit card at time of service. That didn’t happen - all attempts to collect this bill since have been ignored. District manager did speak with us long enough to complain about the bill and received a discount- then ghosted. Keep this up and you will find yourself with a store full of non working equipment
