Easy location to find. Lots of parking. No long wait and very delicious food. And above all this they have excellent customer service. Our servers name was Quinton and he did a fantastic job. He made my son's day even more special. Very pleasant, friendly and attentive. Before we could even ask for a refill or anything else he was on it!!! My family and I would be delighted to go again.
This restaurant used to be one of our favorite places but it has gone downhill since 2020. I don’t know if they’ve been under new management or what but it’s changed and after last night I don’t even want to go back anymore. The lighting is too bright, the floors are really slick (I almost fell a few months ago and last night I was trying to walk slow and still kept feeling like it was slippery), and the seats and table look and feel grimy. My napkin last night was dirty and I nicely asked for a replacement, which the waitress slowly got for me (and was also dirty) without any apology. I ordered salmon and it came cold and raw in the middle. I know you can eat raw salmon, and I do, but that isn’t what the menu says or what it’s supposed to be. This is an Italian restaurant, not Japanese. The waitress got me a replacement and gave us free dessert, but again, no apology, she just took my plate and left with it without telling me she would request a new one or asking me what I would like. Also, the bread was too crusty on the outside it was like a crouton. Not the way it usually is. I have no idea what has happened to this place that we used to love but I told my husband I don’t want to go back. Sad.
My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! Thank you.
Wait time was quick. Atmosphere was nice. Waitress was very good and friendly. Food was good. They have quit offering their chicken wings, which we really liked. Would love for them to be brought back.
Kylie was a wonderful server! As for the food...Excellent! Thumbs up to Carrabba's Manager Justin for the entree recommendation and visiting our table to make sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back
Spaghetti and meatballs is my all time favorite dish! The juicy meatballs melt in your mouth while complementing the zesty sauce-covered pasta! I was in heaven :-)
My sister and I got some wine and appetizers on Saturday and had a really great experience being waited on by Deborah. She checked in with us frequently but not too frequently as to interrupt our conversation. We had zucchini fries, mozzarella sticks, and mussels. It was an ample amount of food and we left with a to go box as well. Our wine was good and spot on to our specifications and we greatly appreciated her knowledge of the menu and recommendations. We will be back!
Food ended up being great, but the waiter was too high for me to deal with. He said he would be right back, 10 minutes later he comes back and waits on another table that was seated after us when he went away. Once he finally came, we ordered.... I'm still not sure what happened. I was looking for cameras, I think the waiter forgot to straighten up in the bathroom cause he had no clue what was going on. Next time we saw him we just asked for everything to go, I was angry and the night was ruined. Trying to leave took forever. We still had to box up some of our own food, we were not given our drinks to go, so we didn't even get what we ordered. I had never been before and I was so excited. The food as I said ended up being fine but the experience was absolutely horrible. I would recommend a to-go option from here because the food is good.
We came in for a late weeknight dinner. Friendly staff. Slow, inattentive service. Food items were good, but nothing extraordinary.
$8.99 berry gooey cake not worth the price! Great service but paying $9 for a 2”x2” cake is too high for what you get. I’m a dine rewards member and we should have ordered the large slice of cannoli cake for like we usually do. Dessert was a bust- big disappointment. Didn’t even have mint sprigs. I asked to give feedback to bartender, who was nice and received the information. We were told “it’s Monday” when asked why the dessert didn’t look like the menu photo. I guess Monday’s are tough for the kitchen??
