I noticed my last 2 trips the seafood have been shortened. Instead of getting one whole filet now you'll get half of a shriveled up filet for the same cost why is that. I'M NO LONGER A FUTURE CUSTOMER!
I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner but after I got home I saw that they gave me a 4 piece chicken finger plate ? I will not be back.
The friendliest and most helpful fast food restaurant staff I've encountered in a long time. The Wednesday and Saturday senior specials are great (<$7 for fish, two sides and a small drink). We both had the grilled tilapia and it was tasty and cooked perfectly.
Lady in the drive through window super nice. Smaller skinny one at the Register horrible. Intentionally ignored my husband and acted like we were an inconvenience. Food was good though.
The purpose of online ordering was to pay for my food, check-in and someone would come out, but that didn't happen I had to go inside to let them know I had a online pickup order. Then the cook made it...and that took longer than 5 minutes it was 28 minutes....so why bother to order online...
I ordered the deluxe seafood platter via the drive through. We were greeted by a young lady who sounded as if she hated her job. Definitely not chic fila customer service. Broccoli tasted like it was boiled for 50 minutes no seasoning. Crab stuffed shell was mushy. Literally spit it out. Fish had no texture to it. Shrimp batter was so thick I couldn't taste the shrimp. Fries were greasy and the best part of the meal. I haven't eaten at Captain D's in 20 years and after tonight I won't eat there ever again unless I'm kidnapped and force fed against my will.
They are currently featuring a meal containing a double order of fish and popcorn shrimp, but upon our arrival they told us they didn’t have it. Called two other locations who were also out of the product. Don’t offer it as a featured meal if you aren’t going to send enough product out to maintain demand. Very disappointed and ended up going somewhere else.
The food was excellent, and I didn't wait long for my order. They are one of my favorites for freshly cooked, hot seafood.
Food was delicious. Security guard was a very generous and caring person.
My fish was not cooked completely and my corn was definitely on its last leg. From now on Gordon Hwy will be getting my money.
