I just left this location and I am not pleased at all. I went inside to the front counter and stood there for over 7 minutes waiting to place a take out order and was never acknowledged. A guy was giving people in the dining room their orders and saw me standing there, not one time did he acknowledge me or even let anyone know I was up there so they could come and take my order. I’ve always had great experiences at this location but after today I will not be returning.
The manager was super nice and the food tasted really great!
Food and service was amazing!! They had little help, but still managed to get the food out quick and fresh!
Very good hushpuppy's, and good ole fish ? very quick service, we enjoyed the meal.
My disabled brother and I had an enjoyable Sunday lunch here. Looks like only 3 people were working : a cook, a person for the drive through, and a counter person, but they were so nice and professional, food was fresh and very good
I love me some Captain D’s. We ordered drive thru, the wait wasn’t long and everything was right. I just hate that this location is the closest to me and it’s 20+ minutes away.
The fish was crispy, fried deliciousness. The broccoli was steamed and bland. The corn was overcooked and stuck in my teeth. It was one of my first experiences with a paper straw.

I eat at this restaurant frequently. I use the drive thru occasionally but mainly go inside - primarily because the staff at night are so very nice. I get the fish dinner every time simply because it is fresh, perfectly fried & absolutely delicious. The sides I order are the steamed broccoli & fried okra. Reason being is that again - they are absolutely fresh perfectly cooked & delicious. I do not rate my experiences in public unless they are positive. If i have negative experiences - I take it up in person with management. The entire staff on the night shift at this Captain D's location are as friendly & helpful as one would expect in any good restaurant.
They closed at 6:00 pm went thru the drive thru to find them closed with a sign saying dining room closes at 5pm and drive thru closes at 6:00? Seems to be not enough help which is the norm everywhere now. I love this location! Hope to see things change soon
