I love captain d's!! I have loved this place since I was in my early teens when I was a kid I hated fish and I tried fish here when I was a kid and loved it ever since. My oldest sister switched out my chicken to fish and I didn't know it and she later told me what she did because she was trying to get me to eat fish and I fell in love with this place and eating fish and it's just a really great environment. Very nice and comfortable on the inside and air conditioning really is great and the drive-thru is pretty fast! Love it! Highly recommend this place as well
Please at all cost avoid this location.... After waiting in a line in 100° weather I asked for a cup of ice for the $20 for the food I purchased and she told me there would be a charge of $0.38 so then after I paid the $0.38 on a credit card I might add she (Karen )that's who I'm referring to when I say she gave me the smallest cup of ice in the restaurant and proceeded to tell me that shikithia the store manager instructed her to do such a thing and she had on the manager shirt and told me that she was not the manager so I feel as if she was trying to pass the bullet off to shikithia
Food was fresh and hot but service a little slow. But food being fresh made up for it.
Pathetically incompetent, apathetic staff. They were even out of tartar sauce.The last two visits, in less than two weeks, I've walked out without even ordering. The Gordon Highway store is well worth the 7 mile ride...you'll likely be back home with your food faster and definitely happier!
Cashier acted as if she hated her job but the manager and the other employees ( especially the white lady with an almost shaved blonde head) She was amazing. Sweet and upbeat and just made me happy to see her so happy. Food was great. Sweet tea was amazing. Tables were cleaned.
Portion extremely smaller was very disappointed but taste good had the flounder shrimp combo. The fish was was so small, almost the same size as the shrimp. Probably won't be going back
Food was good but they need to fix that drive thru it's like going a lake to get your food
Today, 4/8/2022, was the worst experience I could possibly have at any food restaurant. I put in an order at 11:30 via Uber eats for pick up. I got there about 12:15. There was an order waiting on the back counter. After almost 30 minutes, she finally realized it was my order. I gave my last name because I don't know how the tickets print. She didn't bother to check the order. I told her what the order was. The absolute worst customer service!!! I will NEVER EVER come here again!!
Purchased a bag of ice. Waited 30 mins in drive thru. Received bag not full and bottom of bag full of water. Sent it back and the girl went to the back and brought out the same bag.. SMH! Poor service and arguementive!
