Swing by here randomly from time to time, staff is pretty friendly. The store is almost always clean or being cleaned. Drive thru can use a little work during peak hours, waited in like for 5 mins 1 car ahead of me at speaker..finally got to speaker to order and asked if I could wait, after 7 mins I drove off. Only an isolated incident so im not holding it against the place, everyone has a bad day once in a while
They need to put more effort into making their sandwiches. I like my cheese on my cheeseburger to be melting on my sandwich, not a cold piece of cheese thrown on a cold burger.
No relief for ordering in the app. You have to wait for those just placing orders at pull up. 42 minutes for a hamburger at the drive thru. It was paid for on the app so I couldn't leave. Got to the window and order still was not ready. SAD!!!

I did an online order to pickup in the drive thru. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for my order. i would have left had my card not already have been charged. I did pick up in the drive thru because it was starting to rain and i wanted to be nice. never going to thus location again. oh....and the customer service was zero
I go with my coupons and enjoy great food and great deals, can't go wrong with a whopper.

The one on Washington Rd has a madman as a manager. My husband and I went one night and the manager wasSlamming our food around so husband ask what his problem was and he got angry and pick up a stick and threatened us with it. He also didn give me my change. Called back to complain did no good
Had a promotion on the app but was unable to get it to work in the drive-through. Staff was unable to assist me. Had the inside not been closed I could have gone in for assistance. Went to another location several miles away and went in for help and got my food. I blame the app for not being user friendly. If you use the app, you will probably need assistance in order to get your discount.
Customer service was good, but I wish they would give military discounts.
