I wish I can give this place zero stars! This location has the most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. Very ghetto and disrespectful. The scoops are incorrect, they get upset when they get the order incorrect and have to remake it. Just overall a horrible experience. Butter Pecan tastes like Vanilla w/ pecans in it. Cake batter tastes like eggs according to the employees. Southern banana taste nothing like bananas but has nilla wafters broken in it. Evans location closed down seems to me that this location should have been the choice to close down. Very unprofessional when ordering and people yelling in the background. shameful to waste so much money for this kind of service. Go elsewhere... Cold Stone Creamy has better tasting ice cream and still real ice cream and made in store. you get mix ins at no additional charge while here at brusters your charged .59 cents for extra toppings...
We just paid $15 for this…. Not even a full scoop of ice cream per person and only AFTER we paid for the Dino sundae did they mention they were out of the cookies, no effort to replace it or make up for it. This was supposed to be a rare, special treat for my kiddos and it’s disappointing.
Loved it!! It was very nice, very scrumptious. I had a chocolate flavor very good, but super messy. I guess it would make sense because it was a hot day, but I got it all over my shirt, pants, and shoes! But, overall I rate it an 10/10 ❤
Definitely won't go back her ever again! This place charges so much for thier ice cream and guess what you get served little scoops! I paid $5 for a regular cone and got some small scoops! I would get more ice cream at tutti fruity next door for $5! This is ridiculous! I would never spend another red cent at this place ever again! Shame my money went to waste! Ugh ?
Tonight is my 1st time trying Bruster's. We got a strawberry ice cream & Oreo ice cream sundae. This is the best tasting ice cream I've ever had in my life. I'll be back Bruster's yummy yum
Ten people working tonight but only two people actually working manager playing in the back while customers wait to be seen never had this problem before
Got our order completely wrong after asking multiple time what the order was. Milk shakes were flavored milk.
while the staff is normally friendly this still didn’t allow me to overlook false menu items. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate milkshake, which is advertised to be made with chocolate ice cream. however when i had already left the store it was just vanilla with chocolate syrup and extremely liquidity. what kind of place that has chocolate ice cream and claims to make milkshakes with it but doesn’t.
The employee we encountered today was quite unwelcoming- maybe she had a bad day? She also did not use gloves when scooping our ice cream and grabbing our spoons. Quite unpleasant to think about when eating our ice cream. Not sure if that’s the standard practice or not at this establishment though.Absolutely love the ice cream as always though! Which is where the 3 stars are coming in lol
Nice place to get ice cream. But you can't put two scoops of ice cream in a small cup and enjoy it..
