Food was good and the service was good. We had the wings and fries. The wings were cooked to perfection and we're sauced as they should have been. We got the belly drink also and it was good. The fries were hot out the grease so that was a plus. The dining room is kind of tight. I think it only has about three high top tables that are pretty small. At best, you can probably get three people to a table. Four at the most being elbow to elbow. The only real downfall was the random guys hanging out in front of the store next door. They made some of the women feel uncomfortable walking up.
The BEST soul food restaurant in town!! Food is made when you order it. Love there drinks. I'm still in the process of trying every item on the menu lol. I'm so glad I finally have somewhere to eat with homemade food that actually tastes good. Great job Belly Kitchen!! I will be back next Thursday when you open again ❤❤.....

My friend called and asked what's on the menu for today. She told her go on facebook or door dash and called us back when you make up your mind Bye. and the lady hung up. Soo rude!! Now ion even wanna spend no money with this place. Get better people that have better customer service!
This is the second time that I have tried to support this business. The first time I had to deal with a very rude teenager at the register after they switched my side dish from collard greens to green beans without telling me, because apparently they were out of collard greens. Today, they gave me a side of potato salad in a condiment cup that looks like it holds 2 Tbsp at best. I love supporting black owned businesses, but you still have to earn my continued support.

Bad Experience the customers service is horrible. I had 6 different order spent alot of money the ppl in the back was rude (light skin lady) my order was wrong. Then I order when they first open so I don’t understand how they have an attitude ready y’all just got to work never again will I eat there
Are you kidding me, first time customer. Both pork chops were fried tough. Gave them to the puppy ,he didn't eat them. The other sides were wrong, I should have checked before I left. I had to basically yell, because the music was unnecessarily loud over everyone. I don't get it. You can tell from the picture this is hard as a rock. Most times you find great soul food in the hood, keep rolling, oh the wings were great
Someone posted about this place a little over a year ago & being from Augusta I was surprised I had never heard of it. I had to give them a try & the rest is history. I am BIG on customer service and theirs is always on point even when they are slammed. If ur order is wrong or something was just not good they try their best ro make it right with you. Those Southside Sweet Heat wings ain't nothing to play with. But that Belly Juice is where it's at?, you can even add u a little sprite to give it some kick.This company believes in GIVING BACK as well. They made some kids very happy the last 2 Christmases that I have been patronizing them❤❤❤.
