They never, ever have the flavor of the month. Today they didn’t even have chocolate. None of the interesting flavors listed online are available. The ice cream containers looked gross - honestly glad I didn’t order anything because it was very disheveled and unsanitary looking.
Went through the drive through and while the staff was nice the ice cream was not. It tagged stale. When I got home and looked at the napkins they gave me it looked like blood smears on them! If I figure out how to post a picture I will!
Had my first bad experience at the 3024 Washington Rd in Augusta, GA on 2-22-2022. The wrong order was giving to me twice then was giving my ice creams including two quarts without a bag and was told I should ask for the bag the next time all in all, was told Im not to come back to that location any more by a manager who said her name was Jessica and would not give me my receipt until I call the police and he got it for me Jessica stated I was rude to the young lady but didnt let me address my part went bavk inside and lock the door. I have been going to this location since 2005 never had a issue now for whatever was going on (good or bad) this has put a MAJOR ISSUE on what really went wrong

Service at drive thru was less than stellar. Associates chose to gossip rather than be attentive. I had to repeat my order FOUR times, then the young lady acted as though she was annoyed because I bothered her to do her job. Not impressed at all
I just paid $7.77 for one milkshake. I was questioning my sanity for paying that much for a milkshake but I was expecting it to be a really good milkshake. It tasted okay but it was way too runny like a milkshake that was sitting on the counter for an hour. I expect better than that from an eight dollar milkshake!
First time trying it and its delicious!! Definitely recommend it.

They only doing drive thru so those that are the nearby hotels can't even walk in an have a treat. Nor do they answer phone.
Close at midnight, pulled up to the window at 11pm and saw workers, the workers saw us and ignored us.
