This 5 star review is strictly for the staff. Nikki was absolutely fantastic in customer service at the drive thru window. The food quality and wait time 1 star. Baldinos is short staffed like many other places.
This used to be our absolute favorite place to get subs. That being said since the new ownership is not the same quality that it used to be. For example we got the daily special which was meatball subs. I've never in my life seen or tasted a tomato sauce like this. It almost has the look and taste of being burnt.
It took forever for the drive thru attended to comprehend the order that we were giving. She asked 3 times what drinks we would like. (It was only 3... 2 sweet teas and a coke). Once we pulled up to the window... to pay she asked again what the drink order was... Mind you they were not busy ... Then we were handed a peanut butter cookie for the kids meal.. without checking or asking what kind of cookie we would like. I have a peanut allergy. So... when we asked if there were other cookies I could have... the answer was... "That's basically all we got." Well... we will not be returning.
Really good Philly cheesesteak. Lots of meat! Unfortunately the #25 had only a few slivers of lettuce, banana peppers, onions, tomatoes were barely there, or flavor- lack of oil mix/oregano. Had to add to it after I was home. Was hood though!
My order was wrong and the bread was so hard, I had to cut the bottom off!???
The subs are great, but management in the Wrightsboro Rd. location needs to work with and train their staff. Great atmosphere is diminished by poor service. Too much childish banter instead of working together. One employee, Angel, reflected a great, professional attitude. Build a team with employees like Angel, and you will present a much more organized, professional, customer friendly environment.

We had to repeat the details of our order several times each, then we had to wait almost a full hour to get our to go orders. Once we got to the car, one sandwich didn't have any vinegar at all. One sandwich was hold the salami but it had three big slices on it. The staff was nice but the service was horrible. I give the food taste two stars and one star for customer service. No stars for efficiency or service...
The sandwiches were good for the most part. But aside of me having to kome home to add mayo and mustard cause they didn't. The staff looked mean and uninviting...except for the girl with the pretty colorful hair. Her smile & energy were welcoming once I saw it. The rest of the staff looked aggravated, dirty & sloppy. Despite what the reviews said, I still gave yall a chance. It's clear that the owners nor the management team cares or value the customers or their nice new building. Get yall ish together ppl!
I've been to Baldino's three times in the last two weeks. The first time we ate in and the food was ok and came in a reasonable time frame. Second time we ate in and it took forever. We were the last to receive our meal; even people who came in and ordered after us received theirs. It was almost like they forgot about us. The straw that broke the camels back was today. I ordered online so that the wait wouldn't be so long. I placed the order at 11:45 for an ASAP order which said 5 minutes. I understand they are busy, but I waited for 45 minutes once I arrived. That is unacceptable. They made drive-thru orders before mine and restaurant orders before mine. Again, the place had cleared out and I was the last person to receive my two sub order order. I started to complain and when the subs were finally made, they slammed it on the counter, said here's your sub and walked away. No apology for the wait. Rude. I've spent $100 there in the last three visits and the food isn't good enough to wait that long again with attitudes like that.
