The manager and our waitress was amazing
The hostess greeted us and acknowledged that this was a birthday celebration. Super friendly woman. Our server came over and introduced herself and took our drink orders. Again, super friendly and accommodating young woman. We ordered all the appetizers except for the mussels. They were all very tasty. My husband and son ordered the scallops and pasta and they both said it was good. I was too full from the apps to order an entree. My daughter had the rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. All our cocktails were spot on too. The Hostess stopped by the table once or twice more to check that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our food and service. The restaurant was quiet and seemed well staffed. Weâll be making another trip back!
Pasta dish was bland and pasta over cooked. I used to enjoy the pasta bar, but they did not have it set up for lunch. I may re-visit if the pasta bar is an option again.
A nice lunch place downtown. Good for lunch meetings.
The food was great, service was great! Would definitely recommend this place and go again! Big portions of food definitely makes it worthwhile.
The salmon wasnât cooked properly. Almost raw. The lettuce in the Ceasar salad was old. The Agustino meatball was not completely cooked. My wife and I both had upset stomachs this morning. We just ate dinner there the night before and had a totally opposite experience.
For a large hotel serving a convention crowd, the service at breakfast was horrendous. Not enough servers and a matre di that couldnât have been less able to cope. The food was adequate and after waiting an hour to be seated and 1/2 to get my food, was sorely disappointed. The dinner service was better but the spaghetti was uninspired The restaurant needs a good manager and more professional help.
Excellent service, drinks were perfect and food was delicious. The potion was huge. Our 5 year old loved the spaghetti and the bread was very good. Great spot to enjoy especially when staying here.
Our server was incredible! She went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The food was amazing! We did notice that the manager appeared to have an attitude when asked questions. He didn't act that way just to us, it appeared he acted that way to everyone. We assumed it was because he was the only person in the entire restaurant wearing a mask. We assumed he was made to wear the mask and might not have been happy about it. For whatever reason though, he was not in a good mood. Despite that, we will definitely return to this restaurant.
Everything about Augustino's was excellent...from the hostess seating us, to the waiter serving us, to the food being served, to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Augustino's is the best restaurant in the entire Augusta area!!!
