They refuse to give anyone more than 2 packs of sauce. I've gone multiple times on my lunch break because it's the closest thing to my job and every single time I ask for extra Arby's sauce and they only give me two even after asking for 5.
Everyone is asleep when it comes to Arby's they have some good food although their milkshakes get milky fast. I totally recommend Arby's their sliders and they're curly fries
The food purchased here was fresh, hot, and tasty! I was disappointed that the au jeux was forgotten from my order, but I enjoyed my meal nonetheless.Employee friendliness was lacking a bit, but that may just be because it was so hard to communicate via the drive-thru.Whatever the cause of confusion, it definitely won't deter me from visiting again.
Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru at 10:05. We pulled off into a parking space and walked in after not being served. We were told by a worker that "technically we open at 10 but we are still waiting for our employees to come in." It was now 10:15. Employees were in the parking lot doing their hair, literally spraying products outside as we walked to our car. I have worked at Arbys for over a year and am just disgusted with the work ethic at this establishment. It's embarrassing and if they are that "loose" on work times, it makes me scared how they are with food and expirations.
In a time where fast food joints are aware that they're being graded against "The Lord's Chicken" chain, this store compares well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.DTOV - 15 May, ~1430
The cashier and assistant manager were rude, they acted like it was a bother waiting on me and when I asked for a receipt was told sorry it's not printing, assistant manager tried to print receipt and told me the same thing instead of trying to resolve the issue she just walked away ?. The food was ok, I've had better experiences in Statesboro Georgia ?
My fries were cold had to wait and the still forgot half my food. Normally great service so this was an off day for them
Not happy with the last 2 experiences with the Arby's on Gordon Highway Augusta, GA. The wait time at the drive thru has been too long. The car in front of me had to wait a good 5-7 minutes to get waited on and then when it was our turn we also had to wait. Keep in mind this was at approx 2:30 in the afternoon well after the lunch crowd rush. Once we pulled up to the window behind the counter was full of employees just standing around having a good time talking with each other. The customer service was the last thing on their mind. Once we received the sandwich it was burnt black. Hope this review gets to the person it needs to. Do Better ARBY'S!!!!
Wow this was bad. Ordered at 1153. Good lunch time. Should be ready. I was the only person in line in the drive though and only a few cars were in the parking lot. I got one number 1. That's it. It took till 1216 to get my food. Even better, once I got it the food was wrong. No cheese. And cold. The fries were hot but that's not saying much. Definitely not the place you sound go if you are in a hurry or care about what food you are going to get and at what temperature.
If you want hood services, this is where you go. No straws. Lady handed me my drink and the lid wasn’t on, the drink spilled everywhere IN MY CAR! Attitudes terrible, smh. I see why the parking lot stay empty.
