If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Trash EVERWHERE, your shoes stick to the floor it was very obvious they haven’t cleaned in a while. We told them specific instructions that we wanted on our food, we even told them a second time very politely because the receipt didn’t say our special request, the food STILL came out wrong… we waited obout 30 minutes for the food. And for me, this was the worst part it tasted like they opened a 5 pound bag of salt and dumped it straight into the hamburger meat ? will never go back.
The guy behind the counter obviously was working there long. The food took forever and my fries were burnt. Didn't even want ice-cream after because the food turned me off.
We’ve been sitting in the parking lot waiting on it to open! Website says 11a! Employees are inside but doors are locked! One employee walked out to the dumpster to smoke! We’re leaving! We called but no one answered!
The service was great. Our orders were correct and refills were speedy. The food was okay. I liked the fries but the burgers and chili cheese fries definitely need improvement.
Zesto! Bomb wings and amazing strawberry sundaes! Really everything on the menu looks good but those two are hands down my favorite for the past 20+ years.
The whole crew was excellent! Stephanie needs a raise/ promotion. She runs it over there!!!! Been going to Zestos since i was 5 years old! Glad i could visit this location and experience the... Nostalgia. Clean, customer service oriented, and freshly prepared food having store!!!!
Great hot dogs, wonderful onion rings and great customer service. ZESTO is a true Atlanta original. Love they food and the price is right.
Save yourself! We went to this location after a family outing around 7:30 PM and it was bad. The register operator had a tattoo on his forehead and it looked like he was uninterested in helping anybody. Every flavor of ice cream my son asked for he was told they didn’t have it. Three of our milkshakes were made wrong but it took so long to get the original orders we didn’t go back in. Also there was a homeless woman who was hacking all over and management did not ask her to put on a mask or step out as she repeatedly coughed everywhere. The inside was dirty and grimy and overall it was a very unsatisfactory outing. Would not go back and definitely do not recommend this location!
Really interesting experience! The cashier had a great sense of humor (short guy with face tattoo).Almost none of the flavors were available on a Saturday night (7pm).Cleanliness is an all-time-low here. The floors and tables were unkempt. A person with a very heavy and aggressive cough walked in after we had ordered. The orders themselves were almost all inaccurate.I loved seeing a piece of historical Atlanta but I'm not sure it was worth the risks of being accosted by sickly patrons and uninterested employees.
Staff seemed absolutely like they didn't want to be there. Not a huge deal, but half of our orders were wrong. When asking about ice cream flavors, they were apparently out of many of them, so we ended up playing 20 questions with the cashier until we found out which flavors they actually had. An unmasked woman came in and was leaning over the counter and coughing into the kitchen and staff spaces, which they ignored. The restaurant was dirty and dingy, with a sticky floor throughout the entire building. The ice cream we did get was okay, basically Dairy Queen tier stuff; I would recommend you go there for a nicer facility and better service. Would not recommend and definitely will not be going back.
