Pretty good salad as advertised. Tried the fried pickles for the first time. They were okay but a little on the salty side.
Very poor and very dry attitude from drive thru associate, no thank you at the end of the transaction. Food was ok but wings tasted old. Won't be returning to this location, Popeyes chicken is just around the corner!

Placed order at 1:49 and it was supposed to be ready at 1:58. Didn’t receive order until 2:23 People were able to walk in, order, and receive their food while we waited on ours to be done. Ordering through the app was an inconvenience. The drive-thru line was long and cleared by the time we received our food. Seemed as though our order was moved back. Thirty minutes for a meal is unacceptable.
The drive through line is always backed up. It usually takes at minimum 30 minutes to order food. The fries are rarely hot.
Omg it literally no reason for FAST food to be so SLOW. This is the only Zaxbys that I literally despise going to bc they are so slow and rude. Food is almost always cold which is shocking due to how long you wait for your food. Seems like the staff as a whole doesn’t do a thing at work.
So are people afraid of people now. All covid restrictions have been released for weeks now but this establishment refuses to allow dine in. The doors are open for online orders. I was able to walk in establishment to use restroom and wash hands but they refuse service inside. People coming and going. So why would they not be using all the tables, chairs, air conditioning, and electricity to make dine comfortable when you refuse to use them owner of this establishment? Seems to me if I was try to get every customer I could I would be taking orders however customers wanted to eat. When employees are afraid to talk to people seems like they should not be working in sale, food, and customer services. Maybe garbage sanitation, lawn care, artist, and many other styles of work would be a better fit for people who are afraid to work with other humans.
I placed an order online instead of going through the drive through because it always takes over an hour to get fast food. My food was supposed to be ready in ten minutes but I had to wait in their lobby for 30 minutes for my food. On top of that the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered where given to all the orders in the ribs thru. I try to support the neighborhood restaurants but this will be my last time at this zaxbys unfortunately.
I been in the drive thru since 1215 and it is now 1245 and I am still here. I was complaining about the line NOT moving and because the way the drive thru made I couldn't pull out. The cashier ask was the mic on I purpose said nothing when she asked. Then she decided to say I should have pulled off... unfortunately the way the drive thru made i couldnt...I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
I wish I could give zero stars. This Zaxby’s moves so slow. It may not even be anyone in the line and they’re still gonna take forever. I’m very conscious and considerate of the fact that everyone is short-staffed but this is ridiculous. I was at the intercom in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before somebody said something.
