Visited this location while visiting Atlanta. Customer service HORRIBLE! The girl taking the order was very rude. We ordered over $100 worth of food take it that the dining area was closed we had to go through the drive through. We asked about sauces for the tenders and boneless we ordered she said we only get 4 but, we were willing to pay for extra. The girl that took our money was very polite but, due to the girl that was taking orders rudely interrupting every time she spoke she couldn’t explain. We asked for the manager and the rude girl said it wasn’t one there. I attempted to call the store 10 times and the recording states to call back. As a person you choose your job if your not a people person don’t work drive through at a popular food chain restaurant. The order wasn’t even right but, due to the horrible attitudes we did even go back.
The food was soooooo good and they make it fresh to order. Highly recommend!!! I’ve never dined in but they were still fast for the drive through. We spent around 10-15min in the drive through with a line that halfway wrapped around the building. If you want your food right away then maybe go inside but if you aren’t in a rush then use the drive through you won’t regret it either way!
Nicest Zaxby’s crew I’ve ever met. Good service, quick drive through, and correct orders. They also remembered forks and straws without being asked. But seriously so nice.
Poor service. Long waits. Other Zaxby locations are ran way better, avoid this one at all costs. Consistently not serving sandwiches as well, just tenders and fries(if you can even get served).
Be careful because the customer service at this location is a mess. One of the ladies who took my order had the most nasties attitude when I asked if I could upgrade one of my drinks to a large when I got to the window and that was just one of the drinks that I ordered. It could have been a simple yes or no but the attitude was definitely uncalled for. Please reevaluate who you hire to represent your business because that is unacceptable.
Came through with friends to grab some food one night and we pulled off realizing we didn't get all our food. Came back through and shower the receipt, the workers yelled at us saying that they know they put all of our food in the bag when they clearly didn't (only had 3 boxes instead of 4.) They refused to give us the food that we paid for and told us we were wrong.
Ordered a Buffalo chicken finger plate. And then had to toss my own tenders… I wish I had took a picture of the mess they gave me. Not even one tender was full coated. My fries were only half way cooked. They got the second plate I ordered wrong. As well as missing items. Will not be going back. Staff caught an attitude when I tried to get my missing items and the correct order.
I went to this location on my lunch break today. I started eating my tenders and realized they smelled liked cigarettes, therefore they aren't using gloves to prepare food. This is absolutely ridiculous, unsanitary,and unprofessional. They were unapologetic about what happened and this shows they have very poor and horrible customer service. I went back and got my money back. I will NEVER go to this location again if someone paid me to go back.
My experience So unacceptable that I had to write a review and hopefully management or someone can be informed. The first time I received food from this location they upcharged me for extra chicken tenders BUT NEVER PUT THE CHICKEN IN THE BAG (also I never asked for extra chicken tenders … i ordered a salad ) I’m was able to fix the problem but that’s not the point . I brushed that off and took it as a honest mistake. UNTIL TODAY THE LADY ON THE MIC REPEATED MY ORDER BACK BUT THE PERSON PACKING THE BAG STILL MANAGED TO FUVK EVERYTHING UP LONG STORY SHORT I WAS MISSING A FEW ITEMS EVEN RANCH FORMY SALAD … moral of the story CHECK YOU BACK 5,6,7,8,9,10 times and hold up there line bc your probably missing items
I had an excellent experience with the cashier Shurwand just by her remember my name.She also greeted me with a smile of Gold. The food is great. I also had a wonderful ? experience with the Cashier Aqueela as I picked up a doordash order for a customer. Great Job!!
