I work nearby the food court that has Zaddy's and when I forget my lunch, this is where I go. My favorite is the PMC with smoked turkey and roasted tomato. The tomatoes are the best, and the bread is nice and crusty. A baby Zaddy, the smaller sandwich size, is one "I'm starving" meal or two reasonably sized meals.
While we bit into our food too quickly for proper photos, the sexy strawberry salad, and smoked turkey zaddy sandwich were both excellent! They look, and most importantly taste exactly like the photos would lead you to believe. A true experience of freshness meets culinary skill. Delicious and filling. We will be back :)
I was looking for a quick dessert after going to the movies over at Ipic with the family. I walked around the diverse eateries at Politan Row at Colony square and decided to stop at Zaddy’s. I think they had about 3 dessert options and I chose the Carrot Cake Bread Pudding. I can’t say enough good things about this dessert. My daughter and I shared it and both had the after first bite food dance. Delicious!!!! Go run to taste this dessert and their more savory options.
If you’re trying to hit a minimum protein quota, this is not your spot. While the flavor of the sandwich was Smokey and delicious, there was ONE SINGLE slice of turkey between two large pieces of bread— for a $17 sandwich. A bit absurd from a value standpoint. I won’t be coming back.
? ? ?? Delicious GIANT sandwiches! They only show 3 sandwiches available online, but often offer daily or weekly specials in store. We tried all 3 of the regular menu items (Smoked Turkey ?, Cajun Lemon Pepper Tuna ? ?, and Grilled Balsamic Veggie), and a Grilled Chicken Caesar ? ? and a Chicken Avocado ? ?. They were all amazing ?. I love the bread with flax seeds and grains. The bread is thick, but has to be because the sandwiches are overflowing with toppings. The lettuce mix includes spinach and red lettuce, ooo la la ?. And I can't stress how BIG these sandwhiches are. I understand why they don't come with a side, because you won't have room. We also got the Carrot Cake Bread Pudding ?. I'm not a fan of bread pudding but I would definitely order it again. We all loved it ?. The top is carmelized and crispy, which balances the fluffy center and raisins well, and it's drizzled in a carmel sauce. We ordered 6 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips, and 2 desserts. The owner was the only person there (I saw on social media that they're hiring). So have a little patience... The sandwiches are worth the wait.
Got the PMC smoked turkey sandwich and it was delicious! One classic Zaddy was more than enough to feed two people. Would highly recommend!
Great tuna sandwich! If I worked nearby this would be a regular on the rotation of lunch spots. Extra credit for having voodoo chips!
Ok if you don't know you should know. This place gives you that sandwich your taste buds desire but you can't seem to find. All I am saying is you are missing out if you have not experienced this tongue twister. Everything is freshly made daily. Soups are gravitating. And service is confronting. My go-to place in the ATL.
I wish I took a picture of the food.. it was so good we started eating right away.
We visited this black woman owned establishment on Wednesday, December 9, 2021. Upon arriving at the counter the very nice lady explained the different menu items and choices. It’s a very cute food hall stand with a nice display of products and very cute elements such as the menu items and prices written in marker mirrors and the zaddy iconic logo on the wall. The waitress allowed us to sample the tuna and the smoked turkey. We chose to order two smoked turkey regular sammiches which came with chips, chili cheese Mac topped with shredded cheese and a side of sour cream, carrot cake bread pudding, the culture pop orange mango, and the culture pop ginger lemon. We received a buzzer with the number 4 on it that would buzz when our food was ready at the counter. We started off with two huge bowls of the chili Mac and cheese! It was very delicious and cheesy with a unique balance of the chili and shredded cheese as a nice touch. The culture pop drinks were not sweet, but they were refreshing and unlike many carbonated beverages didn’t make you feel too full. We were then given our smoked turkey sammiches which were also a great portion size equivalent of a foot long! The sandwich was very fresh and healthy with a nice balance and unique touch of jerk Mayo. The lady at the counter explained that all of their smoked Turkey is premium and locally sourced by one producer. The turkey was so authentic and you could literally savor every bite of smoky flavor. The bread pudding was brought out last and was simply amazing! It was warm and cuddly in your mouth and had a nice crunch factor with the carrot as a nice accent taste. All of the food was amazing and the owner herself even came over and checked on us to ensure the food was pleasing to our palettes. I would definitely recommend this establishment to all locals and tourists alike who visit Politan Row Food Hall.
