Wings and potato skins were amazing! Original buffalo and bayou were the bomb. Came twice, second time we were able to enjoy the entire Braves game! Awesome service both times and great food. Heading home to California tomorrow, or we would be back soon!

We consider ourselves "wingnuts"In town for baseball.Best wings we've had in a while. Great flavors, great sides, cold beer and reasonable prices. Great service. Deserves 6 stars......

In a world where every restaurant is short staffed the team at Wing Factory always brings their A game. There is not a single person on the staff who doesn’t bring a smile and positive attitude to work each day. This, plus the great food (shoutout to Guillermo), makes this the best spot in Smyrna. As a bonus, you can park here for free and walk to the Braves game after your meal. There’s no reason NOT to be eating at Wing Factory!

Food was excellent enjoyed the cozy environment can watch the games and shows on multiple TV's clean plenty of space loved the fried pickles! Drinks were on point. Server was courteous and helpful in suggestions.

Can’t remember my servers name but she was cool. The food was ??????

How in the world are you a sports bar that closes at 9pm??!! Most sports are evening games going past 9pm!! SMDH, get it together, this is in a perfect location to bring in braves fans and all, but with this time frame, your losing out on money and making this establishment bigger than what it currently is.

Denied service at 8:20 on a Saturday night because they only had one server. How can you possibly have only one server in a bar/wing joint for the final four NCAA games? Hostess very condescending but obviously overwhelmed. Probably a owner issue. Surely they would blame the lack of help on Covid but restaurants in the battery area didn’t seem to have any issues. Served us without a problem. This place will need a big overhaul on employees and maybe owners to stay in business.

Best fish and onion rings, great service. It is on my list of places to eat when we visit Atlanta again.

It was close to my hotel so after a long day i stopped in and man everything was awesome. Fast efficient. Extremely nice. They really made sure everything was great. Even impressed with how the bag for my Togo order was done. This place rocked.

We tried the fish tacos and the wings and weren't impressed by either, unfortunately. The fish in the tacos was very mushy and hard to eat, and the wings had an odd flavor, like maybe the oil in the fryer was getting old. Our server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of, but the kitchen closed 30 minutes prior to closing, which was a little frustrating when they offered trivia that was still on going and didn't indicate prior that the kitchen closed early . We were 1st time visitors and wont be back based on our experience, as there are better places to enjoy a Thursday night in the area.
