Shanya Gordon was very kind and outstanding with my order and my food. It felt great to see a black female queen to show professionalism and have respect towards her guest and community. She also showed great communication skills towards her Co - workers as well. Great experience bravo to Ms.Gordon.
Now don't get me wrong I love eating at Willy's but just standing in line and looking at these knives which they cutting up vegetables with or whatever and then stick it right back in between the metal trays who knows what kind of build!! Up and old food.??
Crunchy, and super buttery / oily. Just a little too much artery clogging for my taste.Service was friendly, and of course the food was delicious.

Every time I come here, the service is great! Food is always super yummy. Order the chicken Baja burrito!! Shout out to Chanel for giving me 2 free drinks after I forgot to add them to my order.

Great tasting food, sweet tea, homemade guacamole n chips. Always greeted by staff with smiles, laughter and tasty food suggestions. Food never over/under cooked and no long wait time. I also like the new food choices and updates made inside. Can't wait til Cinco de mayo. Last year was great!
They started a Howlin willies hot chicken.I’ve ordered from here twice now after seeing come up on Uber eats. Willies can literally stop selling the Mexican food and just completely switch to the fried chicken. 12/10
Staff here is always been kind/ courteous and has always hooked me up whenever possible, Tonight they ran into issue where they ran out of some things but still made sure I made it out of there with some food. Definitely going to remember this and the great staff there and will definitely be back
Had a huge order when I got there I was rushed to move everything out of the dining room! Felt like they didn't want me there there to pick up the food even though it was a catering order it's a catering order! Definitely will never be going back there to pick up any orders for anyone from that place ! You would think spending hundreds dollars you'd be at least treated with respect but not me! Guys gotta do better with customer service just because somebody's picking up a lot of food doesn't mean they work for you I I treat everybody with with respect like you would like to be treated. I don't think that any of the people or staff there haven't taught how to give Good customer service.
