Rating is for food & West End LocationFood experience was soooo tasty! My entire family was satisfied with their meal. Portions were better than expected and our wings weren’t tiny either. Food was super hot!Time - allow an extra 30-45 mins for your order. We went on a Friday night, so not sure if that’s the typical time though.Parking & waiting isn’t the best - so take a buddy to stay with the car while you wait. Didn’t realize this was a takeout & delivery hub. There are other restaurants offering meals as well.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I came here, placed my order and was told the wait was 30 minutes. I had no problem waiting so I waited and after 40 minutes the kid taking the orders came back and told me he never placed my order because he didn’t take the payment which he was supposed to come retrieve but forgot to. I ended up telling him I didn’t have the time to wait another 45 minutes for my food that he forgot to even place in the kitchen. I wasted my time bc they have unprofessional little kids working there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
For 12 bucks I would expect the meat to cover the entire bread. The other side was the same as well. I was going to let it slide till I opened this side up as well. They basically gave me half the amount of meat I paid for. absolutely ridiculous
Disappointed at the level of customer service. I ordered online as instructed, but they couldn't find the order when it was time to pick up. I was charged $1 per sauce on the side but didn't receive them. They hung up on me after I called to explain I couldn't drive all the way back to get sauces. Just extremely disappointed.
This place is GARBAGE! Do not ever ever ever ever everrrrrrrrrrrr eat from here. I’m not even sure this business is legitimate to be honest or has any association with the business that claim to be here. This garbage has horrible parking service customer service the phone number for weeyums nor “most delicious pasta” works and this place will have you waiting in the hood for your food outside for like 2 hours. Don’t ever ever ever eat here. This has to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Go literally anywhere else.

Communication is not key here. You should be able to speak to a person, especially if there's a mistake made. This isnt about the food which is amazing, but the lack of capability to speak to anyone should an issue arise. Please find a way to allow people to contact someone in the event of an issue!!!!
I went Saturday and purchased 3 sandwiches which 2 were incorrect. Manager agreed to remake the 2 sandwiches. One sandwich was not to have any cheese. My mistake - I did not check the order the second time. I got in my car drove 20 miles home. Everyone ate their sandwich except me. I ate the first half - no cheese. Wrapped second half for Monday lunch and cheese on second. Called store and manager had the nerve to tell me I ate the other half of someone’s sandwich. So in other words, I am crazy or a liar. Clearly the customer is not right. I have no reason to lie about a sandwich???. Keep in mind I spent over one hour for these sandwiches ???
Order online never can get food on time don’t matter how early in Advance you can make the order customer service is very rude manager don’t care if the food is late business operations is horrible needs to right or invest in the buisness
