Definite 5 stars - Burgers are fairly priced for the portions but more than that it was just fresh! Beef Patty tasted like a quality homemade one and crumbled because it's real beef. Veggies were crispy and fresh and the onion rings are some of the best I've ever tried. The menu had food for everyone with vegetarian options and chicken as well.The interior was clean and fit with the fast casual theme. Nothing to WOW you because the food will do that.
Food is alright (really enjoyed the chili cheese fries and Oreo milkshake) but the staff isn’t great. My husband went in for a takeout menu and instead of the cashier handing him a decent one off the top—she lifts the stack to give him the dirtiest one on the bottom of the pile. The food could certainly be warmer. Not saying I wouldn’t have Wayback again, but maybe another location
The food was awful . $35 bucks for this? We ordered chilli cheese fries.We got home to limp wet cheese fries and crumbled burgers. The burgers didn’t even include the bacon that came with the burger. Our food was accompanied by limp lettuce and old tomatoes. Only go here if it’s your last choice, Even then I would still recommend dirt.
This is the second time I ordered at this location back to back 2 days and day later I am having stomach cramps and diarieah. I don't want to hurt their business but this would be the last time I am going to order or dine at this location. I have been out of work for the last 3 days. It is most likely the meat is not cooked well done or contamination in the kitchen. Trust me the food taste good but don't recommend their Classic burger due to food poisoning I had and sure the same with the other menu under cooked meat.
Burgers were hot and delicious! Fresh ingredients and the milk shakes made me get 2!!??
The cheesy burgers are always delicious here and the main reason why I keep coming back seriously that good. The chicken fingers are good as well and the fries are awesome. The only reason I didn't give him a five-star is because 100% of the time they always screw something up, check your food. Especially sauces or chicken fingers or a side but mostly sauces...always missing something. It's so trivial and would normally only take 1 star away but as mentioned 100% always something is wrong. if someone just dbl checked the orders, they would be perfect.
The burgers were ok, but sides are not included in the order and must be ordered separately. Fine.However, I ordered Cajun tots and loaded fries. BOTH were DRY and unseasoned AND none of the sauces that come with the sides were there. Not even the one that's supposed to come on top of the loaded cheese fries nor the scallions. Disappointing.
Went there yesterday. NOBODY can speak or understand English! It took 36 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry, and after all that the order was wrong! Rude people working, one employee(who appeared to he the manager) was eating his own food over the top of preparing mine! NEVER NEVER AGAIN
Awful experience with take out order. I want to give the employees a break as I know it is hard these days. But I had ordered curbside and called to let them know I was early. 20 mins later I had to send a family member in to get the order that had been ready for who knows how long under a heat lamp.They could see my truck from the counter, they did not know I had a ruptured knee but they did not need too in order to bring my food out.The food was “fine” but the aggravation is not worth it. One of buns on our order moldy and I just can not recommend this location.There are easier places to get bad fast food burgers across the street or even in the same parking lot.
Was overcharged and was refunded the incorrect amount. Got the correct amount. Wasn't upset until another customer picked up my order. As he picked through my burger munching on my fries, I went to the cash register to receive a full refund as I did not want to wait for another 10 minutes for my order. As I am at the register dealing with the lip smacking edgy teenager with an attitude that screams I'm only here because my family is forcing me to work, I notice the customer returned the order realizing it was not theirs. To my horror, the order I waited ten minutes for, the order that the man had just picked through was back out and ready for consumption 30 seconds after receiving it back. I am so happy I got a full refund. Never returning.
