This place is not open 24hrs a day. We showed up at 0545 and they told us they did not open until 0600. While waiting in the parking lot (in our car) for them to open we were told we could not loiter and had to leave the lot.
Appreciate staff wearing gloves and majority still wearing mask. Thanks for the great food, service and safety.
Today I waited 17 mins to place my order only to be told that they needed to clean the grill. This happened to me about 13 days ago. I waited over 20 this shift was suppose to change in a hour but the employees took there time!!
I love Waffle House but this one isn’t one of the best’s, I called the place three times in order to place my order before hand but every call kept getting declined so I drove up there and they wasn’t even busy there was no one in there but two people, I order my food then ordered two drinks for my family, I later found out that the drink tasted horrible, they tasted like no one replaced the syrup for the soda machine and liked no clean it at all.
It was delicious! Hit the spot for sure and just in time since I literally just got back in town from Bali the night before. My daughter loves Waffle House!! She goes pretty much every Sunday with her dad to get that hashbrown bowl with her eggs over med. It was also Mother's day, surprisingly no long wait at all and there service was great! Chill Mother's day with Mi Madre and Mi lil mama!
Not amazing but very solid! Eggs are on point not sure why other breakfast places can't execute on making over medium eggs. The service is great despite The staff having an ongoing Convo amongst themselves for most of the service but they never forgot to check in on us even the cook made sure we were taken care of we. Vanessa is a sweet heart she wasn't out server but still looked out for us I would for sure be back for a solid breakfast.
Went above and beyond to make me (as the customer) feel welcomed. Order was cooked to the 'T'!!! Made me feel at home>
The food tasted fine, but the waitress treated me like I was an annoyance and wasn't very friendly. I felt like I was unwelcome. First I wasn't greeted when I entered, it took 15 minutes to be recognized after I sat at the counter. Then you could see night and day difference as the person who sat next to me got treated great while the waitress would barely say 2 words to me. Wasn't offered a straw for my drink, had to reach to grab it, as it was sat almost out of reach. Then when I wanted to pay I did what I do at every other Waffle House. I place my card and check towards there end of the counter. The same waitress told me in a stern voice I had to go to the register if I wanted to cash out. I'm sorry if I don't look like the right customer type for your establishment. I won't be back. I normally give a 5 dollar tip. I wanted to give 10percent this time, but that would have been 1.30. So I gave 2 instead.
From out of state visiting and went twice to this Waffle House. Each time everyone was overly pleasant and the food was great!! Literally everyone asked how we were, checked in, and made sure we knew that we were welcomed! 5 stars for sure!
The servers/cooks are nice and real cool with kids. Always enjoyable experience when I hit up this WH.Most recently I got a bacon cheeseburger with sauteed diced onions sitting on the perfectly toasted bun under a juicy patty, topped with the best crispy bacon and two slices of American melting down the sides.I didn't even bother with condiments. Do yourself a favor and take a break from bfast menu.
