I ordered my food online and when I got there at the pickup time I was told to wait. I waited an additional 15 minutes while watching people that showed up after me order their food inside and leave with their orders before me and definitely witnessed favoritism. Anyway, an hour later I finally got my food and I'm inside waiting for them to give it to me and another 15 mins goes by and this lady asks me what I needed, I said my food. She reaches over and grabs a bag and says here it is. There is no telling how long it had been sitting there. Anyway. Not recommended.
Whoever the lady that took our online order was rude. The cook was rude. Everyone just seemed like they didn't want to be there. We waited over an hour just like the rest of the people who ordered who were also angry. Never again.
Left after waiting 15 minutes to have my order taken. Guy on one end sent me to the dedicated to-go order line. She was managing a big group and someone with a long order list. I asked if I could order with him since it was busy on the other side (and he had the time). He told me it wasn't busy on the other side. Waited a bit more before having to leave so my parking validation wouldn't run out.
This is arguably the best Waffle House of all. I've heard before it's the highest annual sales location in the whole chain, but I don't know that for certain. I do know the service is always quick and the food is excellent. This is an excellent choice for a quick breakfast.
Really classic look and feel walk in sit down diner style waffle House. The best waffle house I've been to and the staff is very polite and the service is great.
That’s sad that there is never any servers to work so they turn down business for dining in orders as well as to go orders. Why are they even open?
Upon arrival I was asked to come back at a certain time when a server could accommodate myself and friend. When we came back the server was very nice but a lil unorganized as she just got to work. My waffles weren't cooked all the way through and they were short on help so I probably would avoid this location
Great food for low price. Small selection of food but it's great for those that want to have a traditional American breakfast.
Great fast food chain, i love their all star special, it has everything you can crave in one menu, and its available all day all night every day every night! GO WAHO!
Really great customer service, very clean, good food Fast. Loved the upbeat personality of the team there.
